The product was what I wanted but I raised a query with the company after placing the order and did not receive a reply.

Phones not working! Been to address and seem to have disappeared

DO NOT USE this company, over 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my order!
They have taken my money and then ignored every communication I have sent them.
Would have given zero stars as a review if possible.

I really love this company. They have a quick delivery time and god communication on the delivery as well. The manager was also quick to respond to my SDS and CLP queries which was really helpful. The quality of essential oils is great and consistent, I’ve been ordering for years.

I placed my order on a Tuesday and received it 3 days later, well packed and with no leaks.
Tbh their website almost put me off ordering, if that's your case too, you can go ahead and place your order, they're genuine.

I didn't receive an order confirmation which was a bit concerning, but I did receive my order only 3 days later, despite lockdown.

Some of the menus and images could be improved but the range of products is so enormous, you can understand why it's like it is - and the descriptions are generally detailed enough to help you make your choice.

In the past I used this site to send products directly to my friend abroad, but I could not recall the website - thankfully I'd received order confirmation emails for previous orders so was able to find it again. Great service.

Having now tried all the incense sticks I received from JustAromatherapy, it is clear that they are very old. The packaging is faded, on some the plastic inner sleeve had eroded and several just smelt of very unpleasant smoke. I have now bought some from elsewhere and the difference is night and day. I appreciate this is an independent store with a huge range, necessitating a lot of stock, but unfortunately, for me, that meant I received subpar items. However I wouldn't hesitate to purchase something that does not degrade over time.

Very good quality product at very good pricing, quick delivery and recycled packaging (more points from me!).
I was very pleased with my purchase. Even with the pandemic going around they were reliable and efficient. It must be difficult to keep everything afloat, especially if you are the only one trying to juggle all at the same time.
I just wish there was more interaction with customers and maybe the website would be easier to navigate, simpler to look at.
Even though they have soooo (too) many products -I get lost trying to navigate the web- it would be best if they would extend their range towards cosmetics, aromatherapy DIY while remaining specialised.. then I (and many others am sure) would buy all I need from them!

We needed some diffuser oil for our diffusers, after a bit of research we came across Just Aromatherapy, we put our order in and though there was a slight mix up, which got rectified very easily, all I can say is, I would recommend Just Aromatherapy for their customer service, knowledge and prices, I will always be ordering our Reed defuser refills from them and also recommend them to our customers and friends.
It makes a refreshing change in this day and world for a bit of good old fashioned customer service!

Having shopped around I decided to opt for a business that specialises in Aromatherapy oils. I opted for this company because they offered a range of starter packs of pure essential oils (not fragrances) within my price range and at sensible delivery prices.
The package arrived promptly today - well packed without excessive packaging.
I have been buying oils for personal use for over 20 years and am very pleased with the quality of these products.

The best oils for room diffusers, forget about paying extortionate amounts from the high street, just refill with these! Just repurchased and got some xmas ones to try, love the Nag Champa, Woodspice and Citronella, great response when i've emailed as well.

Received product (reed diffuser refill), no problems there. It was overwhelming though and far too strong, upsetting everyone in my house. So I emailed twice asking if it needed diluting. I was ignored twice. Not good and I had to throw it away.

A great shopping experience, every time I've purchased. Offering a vast range of products, from all your aromatherapy essential needs, to the packaging of jars, bottles, etc etc for creating your own skincare blends. Great customer service and delivery. Thank you!

Wouldn’t recommend.
Took money from my account and then had no update on delivery status, when it had been shipped.
Received my parcel over a week later to find they had sent the wrong item.
Tried to contact them various ways to just be ignored.
Wouldn’t ever use them again.
