They are the worst company! They always run out of items, NEVER contact customer back, worst customer service! My wife uses once in a while but ONLY when she cant find item anywhere else. I NEVER use them because they either do not give a dam and never respond back or are completely incompetent and they never contact back. Either way, who wants to do business with a company like this?!!
They have LOTS of nice stuff, and REALLY cheap! I just got my shipment today, and although it took a bit, i got all of my stuff, nothing is broken or damaged, AND they sent me free cookies! Highly recommend!
I admit I read only part of the shipping policy and over-ordered liquid cans, which have a limit of 12 per order. JAF contacted me and explained I had gone past the free shipping point, but that they'd let it go this one time. I really appreciated the good communication. Items arrived quickly and well packed. It was a good experience, but I advise you read their shipping policy.
Avoid giving this place your business. I placed an order that qualified for "free" shipping but then was contacted they wanted to charge me an additional shipping fee. Nowhere during the checkout process did it mention limitations or any additional shipping fee. Upon interacting with the support team they reply with a vague policy that doesn't specify what items or how additional fees are determined.
Shipped within 48 hours, everything was secured inside the box so all products arrived safely. A box of snacks was included as a surprise gift.
