Bear With Us Productions Reviews

Fantastic: brought my book to life!

I would like to say a big thank you to all of the Team at Bear With Us Productions. They truly brought my book to life and helped me with all aspects of creating the book. They showed a great deal of patience as I was guided through the process for the first time. I truly apprceiate all they have done for me and cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you again!

The process was clear and professional. Each step was communicated and the end product is beautiful, colourful and bold. The book was exactly as I had envisioned it. I was incredibly busy with work whilst this process was happening and having the app where I could immediately add my input and it be acted upon so quickly with no need to follow-up or chase was excellent. I would recommend to anyone looking to get their book out there. Thank you to the whole team.

This team is incredible! They have delivered a fantastic piece of work!
The characters are perfect for my animation, and I love their expertise!

I would really recommend them to other teams into children book writing or animation.

Amazing work from Andy and the team! This was my first children’s book and they did better than I imagined. The communication during the process is second to none. I knew what was going on with my book every step of the way! And if I had a question or wanted to change something they responded right away. The illustrations are amazing! I am more than impressed and happy with the final result. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future books! I highly recommend Bear With Us Productions to anyone looking to bring their children’s book to life! Suuuuper happy with my book! Thank you to my whole team! See you guys soon! :)

Overall we had a great experience with Bear With Us Productions who made our vision of our book a reality.
We have been hugely impressed with the finish of our book. The process was a collective effort but Bear With Us always allowed us to be the driving force and have creative control.

I just finished a children's book with Bear With Us Productions. It was the first book I have ever written, and the team at Bear With Us, made it so easy, and walked me through the entire process. They communicated every step of the way, even pro-actively to make sure I was aware of all of the steps in the process. Everyone is great, and I am more than happy with the final product, it is honestly better than I could have imaged thanks to them

With their beautiful and charming illustrations, Bear With Us Productions brought my story to life in a way I could only have dreamed of. And the support that Andy provided to me- an absolute novice in this business- has been invaluable.

I made the right decision in choosing them: The end-product is truly stunning.

Andy, Richie, and everybody associated with Bear With Us Productions made this a fun and enjoyable process from start to finish. The quality of their illustrators and designers cannot be beat. And their quick response time is to be commended. If you are looking for an affordable one-stop, turn-key place to bring your children's book to life, this is it!

I cannot thank Bear With Us Productions enough for making my debut book publishing experience such a wonderful, fun and enjoyable one. The entire team went above and beyond their remit to assist me with my very first virtual author visit which helped me hugely in building a solid foundation for future author visits. The illustrator they found for me is extremely talented and quick. I was involved in every aspect of my book production which made it personal and educational too - I have learned a lot about book publishing! My entire experience with BWUP has been nothing short of amazing. I wanted a good quality children’s picture book with good quality illustrations and they delivered! They have helped my dream come true!!

We are extremely pleased with using Bear with us for our children's book. This was our first children's book and the whole process has been very easy. Prices and contracts are very clear up front and we picked the package that would best fit us. Andy was on the ball and very quick to answer any questions we had and kept us up to date along the way. We found our illustrator Caner on their website and knew his illustrations would be the style we were looking for. All communications and files were done through Basecamp which made it easy to work together on everything. They never moved forward to the next stage without full approval from us. The artwork was amazing and exactly what we were picturing. They were very patient with our requests and always willing to make it how we wanted. They were knowledgeable on all things self publishing and really helped us when we had questions about getting set up through KDP. We are already working on a second book and will definitely be using them again in the future. Big thanks to Andy, Richie, and Caner.

Bear With Us has been nothing but AMAZING to work with! They listened well, communicated well and brought in so much creativity that my book came to life and turned out better than I imagined. Such a wonderful group of people to work with and on top of it. They met our deadline and I’m super excited to get started on my launch! Can’t say enough about this company! Special thanks to Jenny my illustrator who really listened, communicated well, and is sooooo talented! Thank you Andy, Luisa and Christian for all your hard work! I couldn’t have done this without you! 🪐👽

Just bear with us has been amazing and flexible! I have just released my book and they are still in communication with me if I need any help! I'm so happy with my book and the team are working extremely hard to help create their client's dreams. They have been honest and upfront about their prices and drew up a clear contract to puts the author's mind at ease. Your project is in great hands! Highly recommended and can't wait to create my next book with them! Thank you again to Andy, Oana, Katie, Lor, Christian, Wilber and Richie! ♥️

Bear With Us Productions offer a first class service for anyone with a dream to self publish a storybook, but no idea how to go about it!
They offered me guidance and reassurance from day one. They asked for and listened to my personal preferences in all decision-making and kept in touch every step of the way with incredibly swift responses to any queries and seemingly endless patience.
They matched me with a fantastic illustrator, who created the perfect vision of my little Wingtip Elfins, and they took care of every detail of the design and type-setting of the book. I have thoroughly enjoyed the whole process and I am beyond thrilled with the end result!
At the end of the production process, they provided easy-to-understand instructions on how to upload to Amazon, as well as several pages of sales and marketing tips.
Thank you so much Andy, Richie, Caner and the whole team for letting me be a part of your superb set-up.
If I ever decide to go for a second publication, I will definitely be back!!

Not having the slightest idea that I will be sitting on a hospital bed, next to my 4 year old son diagnosed with leukaemia, writing my first book. Shortly after making contact with Andy, at Bare with us Productions, he called me and set the tone with professionalism, charisma and putting a smile on my face. Little did I know that he under promised until the book was complete. He himself, Richie and their team, Eva, Christian and Luisa over delivered and exceeded all of our expectations. By being clear and concise, every time, throughout this journey I was able to hold hands with the team each step of the way making this one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. My book is incredibly, captivatingly and exquisitely beautiful. Bear with us went the extra miles.

Story written and knowing I wanted to self publish, I had to find an illustrator. And that's before formatting files, etc. Came across BWUP, and they do the lot. Everything I needed. They have an abundance of talented illustrators ready to bring your story to life. Read the reviews and made contact. Swift response from Andy, and I opted for the full works. Plain sailing. Andy talks you through everything and puts you at ease. Other reviewers have put more details (Basecamp, etc.), so I won't bother here. Just know that this is a first-class set-up, and you are in safe hands. They will get you to your destination: SATISFACTION. Even if you are starting to feel like a nervous expectant first time parent (like I was a little towards the end), you'll be fine ("standard", according to Andy. "Don't worry, it's not our first rodeo" :-) ). Then when Richie puts it all together...Wow! Even better than you imagined. Any little tweaks needed, no problem. They'll incorporate your ideas and even improve them. If you want to make your book the best that it can be, then I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. If I've got any more books in my locker, then I'll be heading straight back.

ANDY and RICHIE, what a great team
ANDREA - illustrator - able to almost read my mind ! Absolutely fantastic

Bear With Us are professional, friendly, creative with outstanding communication and nothing is too little to discuss.
Through the platform, they made me feel like one of the team and that this was a joint project.

Being my first book, i was apprehensive as to how this would work as i had spoken to a few other companies but i am so glad i went with BWU.

Nothing is a problem and they take on board everything you want and suggest. There is plenty of opportunity to work alongside them, share ideas and develop your book into something you want.

I thoroughly recommend BWU and hope to work with them in the future.
Thank you for making my vision a reality

THE BEST DECISION WHEN FORMATTING MY BOOK - LOOK NOWHERE ELSE

I would say the process of Bear With Us Productions was incredible from the time I hired them to my product going live, but the truth is that the amazing experience started WAY before I hired them. Andy and Richie were available to answer my questions as a first time author as I navigated the exciting, yet difficult, journey into publishing my book. Before my illustrations or manuscript were even complete, the BWU team assisted with information and specifics I needed to be considering when working out those details. Countless emails (and prompt responses) back and forth made me POSITIVE that this was the team I was going to use for my book.

Fast forward many months ahead and I was ready to bring on the BWU team. The platform they use for communication and uploads is user-friendly and incredibly detailed. Instructions for how to share things, and have one-on-one dialogue with each member of the team, were incredibly clear.

The team never made me feel like I was asking too much, or that I was asking something stupid (and believe me, I had plenty of questions that were probably very “formatting 101” to them!) Any change I requested, down to a slight change of color or typestyle font, or a small budge in positioning of an illustration was immediately addressed and fixed to my liking. I was personally dealing with a time difference living out of the country, however this never impeded our communication or progress as I was originally worried about.

Gillian was able to even create custom items for my book that required a bit of extra work on her part, but again, never made me feel like it was something she wasn’t willing to do (even if I decided against it for the final product).

I used BWU for formatting purposes only, however I would highly recommend them for the entire book writing/illustrating/formatting/publishing experience based on my interactions with them.

Gillian and Andy always provided thoughtful input when I asked for their professional opinions or suggestions about things, and I trusted their responses wholeheartedly.

I also appreciated how the experience with BWU didn’t feel overly professional in the sense that they weren’t willing to have a laugh or include some fun emojis in conversations. The support they provided with funny personalities and an entirely stress-free formatting process makes me already excited for the next book I have the pleasure of creating with them!

I am thrilled that my book is finished, yet I find myself sad that I won’t have the daily chats with Gillian, Andy, and Richie anymore. I can not put into words how highly I recommend their services. From the quick turnaround time, thorough messages, and unmatched creative direction, the Bear With Us Productions crew will be THE BEST DECISION YOU MAKE FOR YOUR BOOK!

If I could, I would give 10 stars to Bear With Us Productions. They are the best!!!
My book is better than I could ever imagine! Amazing and lovely experience. Thanks to Andy, Richie, Teo and Gillian. I am already thinking about a new book for 2021 and I will definitely work with them again!

Bear With Us are exactly the company someone wants to work with. They are professional, friendly, creative and go out of their way for clients. Nothing is a problem and they take on board everything you want and suggest. There is plenty of opportunity to work alongside them, share ideas and develop your book into something you want.

They made my book come to life through edits, the illustrations and the audio. Sometimes you question whether to self publish or not - well with this company, dont question it. Go with them and you won't be disappointed. They will not disappoint what you have in mind.

Their relaxed, friendly and creative manner are some of their key assets. The whole team makes this process fun, hassle free and enjoyable. Their team is outstanding. Don't hesitate and book in with this company for your project. I had an absolutely outstanding experience and can't wait to work with them in the future.

I can thoroughly recommend Bear With Us Productions, having been through the process of children's book illustration with them.

They are extremely professional and responsive, provided good guidance and an excellent illustrator. The feedback process was simple and quick, and they took onboard all of our comments and made adjustments, exactly as requested, and I have to say we made many many requests and they were so patient with us!

They provided a complete package of support for the process of getting the book from text on paper through to being publication ready, in a simple and painless manner. We will certainly return to them again in the future and, hand on heart, can say they were great.
