Does not pay their debts. Has been over 1year and they have no intent to pay what the money that we agreed on and signed contract over.
They are nothing but scammers. Even if you right now can withdraw, just wait until it is a bigger number you win. Then they screw you all over.

confiscate your funds even if there is no such clause in their rules

I registered with them, inattentively read their terms and conditions that I cannot play with them from Belarus. But I immediately entered my data in my personal account and asked support to change the number to Belarus. Support changed it, I made a deposit via crypto, I was immediately assigned VIP status. I played. I won, I lost. At some point I wanted to withdraw funds. And then it turned out that I violated their rules, I could not register with them. There was no intentional circumvention, ordinary human inattention. Moreover, I immediately entered my passport data myself, which confirms that I had no malicious intent to circumvent their rules.

They asked for documents. I sent them. And in the end ... they blocked me and confiscated my funds. Absolutely everything. Even the deposit. Referring to the fact that since I am from Belarus, I cannot play with them. But with such logic, they have no right to accept deposits from me. Yes, crypto deposits have no nationality. But other bookmakers (if you search for similar complaints on the Internet) simply cancel all bets and return the deposit.

This bookmaker responded to me on one of the arbitration sites that they do not have any rules for returning funds in such a situation. To which I objected that their rules do not even have a clause about confiscation of the deposit. And I asked to be more flexible and return the deposit.

In personal correspondence by mail they assured me that they would help to sort out this situation. But in the end they ignored me all the time and did not sort out anything. They just ignored.
As a result, no one returned anything to me and - $ 500.

It saddens me to realize that in a situation where there is no clear clause in the rules on how to act in such a situation, the casino chooses the path of profit - this says a lot about the casino, about how it will act in a borderline situation with other clients.

Rules in which the player must comply with absolutely all the rules, and the casino - at its own discretion, are not fairly established for both parties.

Draw conclusions that if you have a dispute in this bookmaker and there is no clear rule, then the bookmaker will act at its own discretion - it will simply choose profit. After all, legally it does not owe you anything in the absence of a clear clause in the rules on the controversial situation.
