I have been waiting for my withdrawal for 8 days, and still waiting

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since December 6. The casino does not pay me my winnings, they write that they do not have KYC verification, but this is not true. They asked me to send my documents for proof of address, proof of identity, and a selfie with a passport in my hands. I submitted all my documents, and chat support said that the verification takes up to 1 hour. But they still haven't released my funds, every time I go to chat to ask when I will receive my funds, the support says wait, you still have to wait. I do not recommend playing at this casino because they clearly do everything to avoid paying their players.

PLS NEVER EVER USE THIS .... SIDE

I had an account about for to years now by justbit.io (SOMETHING LIKE 20 000 EURO DEPOSIT, NEVER WITHDRAW) One week ago I started playing on lightning roulette, and I made around 10 000 euro profit, I withdraw 9 000 euro.
The next day morning I told about my winnings it to my house mates, I did not know but one of them made an account on the same webside and he started to play on lightning roulette, (we did not even played in the same time....) after about 2 hours justbit blocked the account of my friend.

I checked my email and and justbit.io sent my an email about that they blocked my account and FREEZED MY MONEY (what I already withdrawn the day before but justbut did not verify :D ) because there is a rule that you can not have more account on one ip address.

I CAN'T EVEN BELIEVE THAT YOU GUYS MAKE A RULE LIKE THIS. YOU GUYS SHOULD NOT EVEN VERIFY ANY ACCOUNT IF THERE IS ALREADY AN ACCOUNT ON THE SAME IP ADDRESS.
