Unprofessional company with criminal potential
I have made a large order over 600€ consisting of several sweaters and sizes with the intension to send back the items that wouldn’t fit me.
I wasn’t convinced by the overall quality of the products so I decided to send them back.
After contacting the customer service they refused to take back the items with the justification that the items were in sale and hence not refundable. (by the way their sales strategy is to keep their products in a continuous “sale” so you will never be able to buy their products at the “original” price)
This was a grave violation of European consumer rights as there is always a 14 days revocation time from the contract and sale goods aren’t excluded from this.
I had to contact lawyers from the European Consumers Administration Office to force my rights. Only after the lawyers have contacted the company they allowed me to send back the items. When the goods arrived at their warehouse in Spain they denied the reception of the goods which took me another month and discussion with lawyers to make them “find” my return.
The overall refund process took 3 months and several lawyers to get it done.
A company acting criminal and illegally with no respect for costumers.
Don’t buy from them, if you want to stay out of trouble!!
