I found myself in a difficult situation, not knowing the law, having little finance and not knowing how to make a claim against someone. Whilst trying to find answers I stumbled on 'Just Claim' I set up my 'Personal portal' on their webpage and filled in all the relevant information needed. It was an easy step by step process, and in my opinion, in Laymans term, no fancy jargon that will leave you scratching your head. I made one lump sum payment and my claim was filed directly with the courts. As things progressed, I got letters from the the other persons solicitors, I simply uploaded them onto my portal, you get a detailed response back letting you know the next step and/or your options. All the information you upload i.e. letters etc are also filed with the court. You end up with a great paper trail, in date order too. You can log into your portal at anytime to keep a track on the progress of your claim. It's a more affordable way to make a claim, and from the comfort of your own surroundings. I highly reccomend for the way Just Claim has helped and handled my my case. What's more, it cuts out the need for a solicitor and their fees. Kim
