An amazing company! Excellent and clear communication throughout and the technicians on the day were wonderful, really friendly and did SUCH a good job clearing our house. They kept us up to date on the timings. We had 3 sofas and an armchair we wanted collected. Both the guys who came were charming and cheerful and do a great job.

They collected a mattress from me, guys were friendly and swift in the collection.
Booking it was super easy through their email booking team.

Amazing Team! They helped us clear out a LOAD of garden waste which would have been an absolute nightmare and huge cost elsewhere. Couldn’t thank this team enough, especially with me being abroad.

If it were not for the responsiveness and customer focus from Brendan and his team.

Firstly they arranged the clearance with a decent price extremely quickly.

There was a couple of logistic hiccups - which could have been frustrating - but both Brendan and Dee (from logistics team) were super responsive and made it right with the least amount of fuss.

It is great when things go to plan - but good companies really matter when things do not - and how they respond makes all the difference.

On that front - JustClear shines.

My experience with Just Clear – Kingston was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from start to finish, promises were made and not kept, and the overall service did not match what was advertised.

What I found most frustrating was the lack of accountability. When issues were raised, they were brushed off rather than resolved properly. For a company that markets itself as professional and reliable, the reality was the opposite.

I would not use this company again and would advise others to be cautious before booking.

Such a pleasurable experience from the booking to the collection. Brendan & his guys who collected the sofa were so helpful. I’d recommend these guys to anyone! Also, the fact that you can book & get a next day booking was great!

Many thanks to Brendan and team, it is always easy to say great things about great people. This is one of the easiest reviews to write and share with you all. Over the past couple of days, I have enjoyed a breathtakingly high level of support from Brendan and the team at Just Clear. It is not every day that any of us seek a house clearance service. So when we need one, we’re unlikely to have a number on speed-dial.
But when it’s time to entrust your belongings, whether high in value, high in sentiment, or you just plain want rid of it – I cannot recommend Brendan and the Just Clear team enough. I am really pleased. I received answers to my questions, options to consider and a really prompt and good value quote.

I was very anxious about having my flat cleared, having owned it for 39 years. Pedro and Sydney from the Kingston branch of the firm were brilliant! On time, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. They cleared the flat in the timeframe quoted and hoovered up after all contents were removed. I can't recommend JustClear highly enough!
