I have never heard of this Company before and I have never used this Company before, and I am not saying that they anything to do with a recent scam that I was a victim of. Approximately $35,000.00AU was taken from my Bank Account on 18/11/24 in seven different transactions and the Business name given was JUST DEAL INC GLENDORA USA. If anyone else has experienced a similar scam please share. Again I am not blaming this Company, just looking for any info that may help me.

Hello, this is the 5th time I am writing here, as there is still NO change to my order. Still has not been sent out to me. And that is after 47 days!!! since I have made order and your excuse is that you have been busy with other orders is not valid. I have tried to call the number on the web (only the answering machine, sent email-received a stupid one sentence respond) and I still have no news about my order. (GENPTWHKD). They scammed me credit card !! This is a fraudulent site. I never made a purchase with them and they scammed me. I had to contact my credit card company thankfully I was reimbursed, but they tried to scam me about five times in a row.

I made an order 13 days ago. It still hasn't been shipped, I get no updates, nothing. The phone was in stock when I ordered it, and the website said it could take up to 96 hours before being shipped. After I complained on Trustpilot they changed this part. Now it says it can take up to 15 days. The company only responds to bad Trustpilot comments, and not to any emails. Last time I complained on Trustpilot they said they would make sure I would get my order soon. Haven't heard anything since.

To add to my earlier Review where Just Deal promised to expedite my refund, I had to chase them again on Friday, some 7 days after they promised me my refund would be expedited and still I have no refund. Their response to my call simply was an email saying, "we have processed your refund, we will do everything possible to expedite your refund" So how long must I wait before I have to call them again. Do not do business with these shysters. They have had €482 of my money for a month now!!!. Despite the comment below, still no money now a week later!!!

Yes they could improve the communication. But the prices were far better than anything else on offer, and for me personally was worth the wait. In my case I ordered an iPhone 15 and it took 11 days to arrive.
