Not Getting leads and when i asked to stop service i took from them they are not even listening to it and saying you cannot stop it until the completion of a complete year. they don't have any refund policy at all, don't know how legal system allowing them to do such kind of policy where a customer cannot decide if he need the service to continue or not. Not recommended if you have a hard earning money. I called customer service to stop my service more than two three times, and they denied stopping the service even and said the bill is generated and you have to pay that, though it's not even month has completed...

Very useful websites I was using last 5 years.

Just dial edited my website Abraaportal without my permission and turned the website to a demo one, inspite the subscription till December 2030.
I think the reason was that I denied their unworhty marketting packages and also the exobitantly priced SSL certificate.

The legal contest is going on for violating the imlpied contract by just dial.

Very unethical and selfish platform, they themselves upload our details into their website and compell us to buy their profile upgrade scheme, if we dont do so, they will give fake low ratings on our profile

They started to harass me right after I signed up. My business profile was already created without my consent. And call me every day to sell their plans.

Don’t use just dail I have wasted money lot of they don’t have any service and they always deduct amount after service off

I am a small/medium business, and my experience with Just Dial has been nothing short of a complete disaster and a financial setback.

We were promised "high-quality, relevant leads," "top ranking for our category," or "guaranteed conversions" for a substantial investment of approximately Rs. 50,000 for a one-year paid promotion package.

What We Received:

Fake and Irrelevant Leads: The overwhelming majority of the leads were either completely irrelevant to our business or were clearly fake/junk. Out of the entire year, we closed 0 DEALS.

Zero Customer Support: When we raised concerns about the abysmal quality of the leads and requested a review or cancellation of the service, our sales executive became unreachable. Customer care provided a constant run-around, repeatedly ignoring emails and transferring calls with no resolution. Now when it came to renewal of subscription they are offering a discount of 20% so we go and burn more of our hard earned cash

Refusal to Refund/Cancel: Despite clearly not providing the promised service, Just Dial has refused to issue any refund or compensation for the remaining term, effectively locking us into a worthless contract. This entire year's subscription fee of Rs. 50,000 has been a total loss for our small business.

Final Verdict:

Just Dial is an outdated and fraudulent service that preys on small businesses with false promises of lead generation. Do not waste your hard-earned money. The lack of accountability, poor customer service, and the sheer volume of fake leads make this platform a massive liability. I strongly advise all business owners to explore better, more transparent alternatives like e.g., Google Ads, social media marketing, local directories, etc. instead of falling for the Just Dial scam
