Hate companies that hide behind "policies"
Edit to add: After indicating I would post this review, the company has now indicated I will receive a full refund, and I, in turn, told them I would add this edit to reflect the same. I will add an update if/when I gratefully receive the refund.

I emailed customer service within 20 minutes of my purchase to request cancellation and a refund. They offered me a 30% discount but refused to issue a refund. When I requested the refund again, they informed me of the policy and tried to sell me the "lifetime 30% discount" again. I really hate it when companies choose profits and policies over people.
