My Jordan 4 white oreo's came this morning after a month because of the January pre-sale delay, but i have to say it was worth the wait there unbelievable quality for the price, the stitching is on point i can confirm these are 100% authentic, thanks Just Dope Kickz what a company!

Had ordered these on the 3rd February, was emailed to say they had the exact trainers and size in stock so I didn’t have to wait 2weeks for delivery which was very convenient. Was well packaged - came in bubble wrap etc. The trainers themselves are undeniably good quality and therefore you have one happy customer. Thank youuuu

Ordered AJ1 high tops for my Grand daughters birthday present. Didn’t see the notice on web site saying they wouldn’t be posting out until 28th January so contacted them via chat. Speedy response and resolved matter straight away as had a pair in colour / style and size I wanted and assured they would be posted before Friday. No tracking number given so again went back into live chat, and it was my fault as I did auto fill for my address and it had missed the street name so was asked to check full address and rectify which of course I did. Just dope immediately sent me an email to inform me the parcel address had been rectified and was on its way to me and would take 4 days. Received trainers the very next day. They look great and I’m sure my grand daughter will be very happy with them. Only thing is, I don’t know if these are fake or not ? The logo does appear to be slightly large but apart from that they look great. What a brilliant service from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this site again in the future to buy more trainers from them for all my grand children. 😁

Trainers arrived but unfortunately box was damaged, i know this can happen however these were a birthday gift so kind of defeats the object. They did however offer to send a replacement box flat packed but its not going to get here in time so pointless really! Trainers look good as far as I can see am yet to remove them from their seal. Just hope my daughter isn't going to be too concerned about the box. Thanks for your help though.

Ok so my trainers arrived this morning after 3 and half weeks although stated 10-12 business days !! - so you can Imagine I wasn't the slightest happy. Come to realise after speaking with justdope customer services, (who may I add, were very helpful and professional) that they had actually been held at Heathrow distribution centre for over a week and that the delay was down to Royal mail and not the company who I had originally thought. Now that the trainers have arrived I can honestly say the quality of the trainers have more than compensated for the delay and I'm a very happy customer. Many thanks

Ordered Nike Jordan’s in Nov. Hadn’t arrived by middle of Dec and tracking details hadn’t changed. Contacted customer service and they responded straight away. Advised that due to strikes and shipping from America they may take longer than usual but if I hadn’t received them by a specific date I would be fully refunded. They arrived a few days later. Box slightly damaged but the trainers were excellent and I had a very happy daughter on Christmas morning. Highly recommend

Trainers arrived today, they were originally a Christmas present little delayed my fault really hadn't seen their disclaimer about delays on the websites prior to buying. Kids are happy, very good quality better late than never. Thanks

Ordered trainers in early Nov - they finally arrived on 17 Dec. Difficult times obviously due to Royal Mail strikes causing delays, but the store were very good at responding to queries (though sometimes the replies were a bit confusing, probably due to different people manning the email account & picking up the trail of messages). Great price and good customer service that could be made great customer service with just a bit of extra care in handling messages. Would recommend overall.

I ordered some Jordans 4 from Justdopez kickz, they took a while to arrive (just over three weeks) however this was not due to the company, but to current postal strikes. The shoes arrived this morning and they are fantastic, customer service is above and beyond and the company remained very patient with my messages when I was getting rather worried they would not arrive. Brilliant company and I will certainly use them again! Thank you.

My trainers arrived today. Had waited 18 days, of which 7 were due to being held at Heathrow distribution centre.
