Very fast shipping excellent product top-of-the-line price

Received 3 very, very old bottles (nearly black liquid), and of course no response back by e-mail or through the message sent through their website. Trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a mistake and that it was purely accidental that a garbage product was sent out, but the lack of any response is making me think otherwise.

Hopefully it gets resolved, but as of now, I strongly do not recommend getting anything from this company. Pay extra elsewhere and get a product you can actually use.

You gave me the wrong juice and still haven’t responded to my email about the mistake.

Placed an order on Nov. 26th and it still has not shipped. Have called and left multiple message for Nick and sent e-mails with no response. They did however deduct the money from my account, this will be the last time I use them.

Had an issue where my order was stuck in USPS pre-shipment. I reported the issue to Nick, and the next day they had another order shipped, and this one was received. Can't blame the vendor for USPS mishap.

Usually great. Last order was incomplete and emailed multiple time with no response.

I've noticed there has been a drop in the processing time . My orders have been taking a little bit more time to ship.

Package arrived on time and secure, totally happy with my purchase.

Horrible customer service, Spent nearly 100 dollars with them. They shipped the product but never made it to me. When i looked up the tracking it said it had been returned to them. I asked for a refund by message and 5 or so emails. I think im going to just contact my bank or outside help. Horrible experience. At this point I simply want my money or the product that I payed for.

I've made an order on August, 05 and selected fast delivery and today is August 14. Purchase amount is deducted from the bank everything is clear from my side but the order is not shipped yet...

I purchased 2 100 ml bottles and was only shipped 1. I would appreciate this issue to be rectified.
