Very confusing!! And embarrassing! I canceled my membership 2 yrs ago. Never used my credit. So since I had free 25 credits, supposedly, I started to use, it made me a member again! Added fees, now I’m sucked back in again!! Not happy at all! This is very deceptive! Beware!

I ordered this kids jacket earlier today with the intent of ordering 2 at the same size 2T.
BUT the order page did NOT give me that option. I called customer service and the system didn't allow him to order for me. So NOW... I had to put in another separate order for the second jacket and PAY ANOTHER SHIPPING FEE! The rep told me I wouldn't have to pay shipping due to JFs inconveniences but when I went to CHECK OUT... I WAS CHARGED THE SHIPPING FEE!!!!!! So unprofessional. I NEVER had any problems with this company till now! And I'm beyond irritated! Also the HOLD TIME on the phone is RIDICULOUS! How are you going to remedy these issues????

There should be a way for you to cancel the order before it ships. I had to wait till someone called me back to cancel it, so I ordered it right and just cancelled the 1st order so they would get there in time.

In business there is always room for improvement. The check out because of using another payment method proved a little differcult.

I sincerely hope that there will be no additional charges incurred for my upcoming purchase. Otherwise, I will be compelled to unsubscribe from their services.

I did a web chat with an agent a few minutes earlier about my billing, today 8/3/2025. I appreciate the issue was resolved and my VIP credits applied to the order. No longer the full bill. I am very happy with the order placed. Usually, I get run-arounds with other consumer web chats. But this one seems to have been resolved, expediently. Thank you!
Adding a tariff when you should absorb it is a problem but to also charge taxes on top of the tariff is outrageous!

The customer service representative that helped me with my issue was kind, knowledgeable, and went to work immediately to solve my problem. I have been assured everything will be taken care of.
I was a loyal JustFab member for over 10 years, but their recent practices have completely lost me. They now expire VIP credits and claim to send reminders, but never received any. They are quick to charge your card but don’t give a fair chance to use the credits you’ve paid for—offering only a token $10 instead of reissuing them.
Losing a long‑time customer over a few hundred dollars speaks volumes. In today’s market, there are plenty of competitors with better products, fairer policies, and real appreciation for loyalty. If you’re too busy to monitor your account constantly, stay away from this company.

Ordered Hat from Facebook Link, 2 months later nothing. the company support just tells me to be patient, its coming. Tracking literally states Status Not Available. Scammers.

I have been using JustFab and JustFab kids for about 5 years. The clothes are all good quality, and true to size. The kids clothes and shoes are amazing. Great quality and plenty to choose from. I have purchased new outfits for 4 Grandchildren and they love wearing and showing off the JustFab kids line.
