JFN has beautiful clothes at very reasonable prices. Your clothes are colorful, stylish, most are made of wrinkle-free, washable material, and are very well made. The only thing I'm not happy with are the extremely high shipping costs. I personally prefer free shipping no matter how much the order costs.

The ease easy to navigate of using website

The ease of using website. Selection and sizes are great. The only thing I was not able to do was product review to see what product is made of and how to clean. It would not open on any item I purchased

I want to return some items

I want to return some items, I get so far on the returns form, but then there is no next step in order to get the authorisation and address to send them to.
I have emailed support 5 times and they have not replied to me.
