I only put one star because it won’t let me write a review otherwise. However if I could do -100 stars I would.
Take my advise and trust me go elsewhere. I asked an electrician to move two plugs, she came and looked at it and was talking a load of electrical talk making the job sound like she was going to rewire the whole house. I was then quoted £510 + VAT.
So I asked someone on task rabbit and they came the next day and charge £96. £16 of that was because I had to pay for the parking.
I told them to cancel the appointment and they still charged me £120 call out fee. Pathetic if ask me.
This place is a rip off save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Lucy Bingham at JustFix, and I honestly cannot fault her, she was absolutely fantastic.
We had been experiencing some issues and delays with JustFix, which I escalated, and Lucy immediately stepped in to help. We were dealing with a particularly stressful gas issue, and Lucy not only completely understood the urgency but also worked tirelessly to ensure one of her contractors was on site for two full days to complete the works without delay.
Throughout the process, Lucy kept me constantly updated and worked so closely with her contractor that she knew every detail of what was happening. Her professionalism and clear communication reassured both me and my tenant that everything was under control and in capable hands.

I am disappointed with the service provided. Although an engineer came to fix the issue, the boiler and hot water stopped working again just one hour after the repair. I contacted the company to request a follow-up visit, as the work is covered under a 12-month guarantee. However, I was told I would need to pay again, which I find unacceptable given that the problem was not properly resolved in the first place. I expected better service and support under the terms of the warranty.

Michail arrived to service our boiler and gas fire a routine maintenance call. He was polite and carried out his work in a timely and diligent manner. He left the area clean and tidy. I have used this company for several years and have always found they provide good service.

Your technician was polite & seemed to have fixed my dishwasher problem on the Wednesday, and Thursday I was able to do a full was. Come Friday I was presented with the same problem & no chance it will be fixed before Tuesday....with no guarantee it will be.
& I have just seen the date of the'experience' it is wrong & I object strongly to the Americanism
