Horrible they sneak in charges and only ai support will do not recomend

Its a scam! Run away as fast as you can. They show cheap flights to buy and as soon as you buy, they change your flight to the longest travel time available and blame it on the airlines! Then if you want to rebook it is all the flights with 20-24 hour travel times!

Horrible experience! I purchased refundable tickets and was told that I could cancel FOR FREE within 24 hours. Six hours later I called to cancel and they demanded a fee of $75, which I was never told about. This is false advertising and predatory consumer practice! I called and called, I spent hours on hold, and when I finally got through I demanded to speak to a supervisor. They promised me a callback in the morning, but no one ever called me back. They dragged this out so the 24-hour refund period was over and now I’m stuck with tickets that I don’t want! Stay away from Just Fly, they have terrible customer service and hidden fees. ☹️

The most disgusting company I ever dealt with!!!
I tried to call them back today and was put on hold for over an hour with no answer. I will give them atrocious reviews on every platform available.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, they pretend to sell refundable tickets and then charge you an additional premium to cancel your order. :(

I wish there was a zero star. Agent Rabbit kept lying to me about the fare. Please verify everything before you use this JUST FLY for your travel needs. I kept getting a pending hold on my credit card and finally, they blocked it. I was on a call with a bank for 1 hour to unblock my card. I will never use them. It was first and last time. poor service

Very unresponsive company. Charges 75$ even when you booked a flight from the wrong destination and discovered your mistake within 10 minutes. I canceled the flight but they will not return my 75$ And I am unable to reach anyone in customer service. Have called texted emails NO response it’s a disgrace!!! Would never recommend this company!!!!

Liars all the way took our money did not give us the flight we was told and would not give our money back.
