I wanted to buy a changing bag for my wife for Mothering Sunday. Site was easy to use. A few minutes after placing my order, Justforbabies rang me up to confirm my order. I got a couple of emails to confirm payment and dispatch and the bag arrived 2 days later. That is just about as smooth as it can get. Great Stuff. The phone call especially was something I appreciated. Great customer service. Great price too as I found a voucher code.They are now saved on my favourites list!

I found a baby sleeping bag on here, cheaper than elsewhere and better choice. Also had free delivery. There was a problem with my paypal account and they contacted me immediately so I could rectify it and then they let me know when the order was dispatched. I have just used the Just For Babies website for the first time and wwas really impressed with the way they do business. I had a small problem with the Paypal website, left a telephone message and got an immediate response to say that only unusual high rate of activity was causing delay. Completed next attempt in minutes and the goods that were exactly what we wanted were delivered in record time. All in all a good experience.

I was slightly apprehensive about ordering from 'just for babies' as I had never heard of them before, but after finding a changing bag on there cheaper than everywhere else on-line, I took the plunge and am happy to report that I received my bag very promptly without any problems at all.
