Just giving made it easy for the donation collection, so those who genuinely wished to sponsor me were able to do so when they wanted instead of my having to hound anyone who said they would sponsor. It also took the pressure away.
This was my first experience of the justgiving service, it has been a very one. Thank you.

I set up a fundraising page on JustGiving when I signed up for a 15K Tough Mudder to raise money for Action on Preeclampsia. The fundraising page was very easy to set up, comms were great, and donors had a very smooth experience. I like how I was constantly kept up to date with donations, and how donations were sent to Action on Preeclampsia on a weekly basis. Highly recommended!

Quick and easy to set up

Very easy to use, by the fundraiser and people donating.

It’s fine for fundraising. Too many emails about earned badges which aren’t useful, and having to click links to view donations. Wording in some emails felt like they were pressurising me to do more than I was already doing. The website isn’t very accessibility friendly and it’s not easy to find the things that are needed they are hidden under several headings.

Justgivving does the heavy ifting.

A simple way to help with the fundraising of my event.

It makes fundraising much easier and avoids any suggestion that the fundraiser may not pass on to the charity the money given by donors. But I would like a better means of thanking donors through the system as you must have their contact details.

Perfect way to raise money for chosen charities. Easy to set up . The feedback on how your money’s are doing is great . Very helpful , straightforward and reliable. Always use Just Giving , I would 100% recommend 👍

Setting up a page via link from Charity easy. A few instances, where it takes a few minutes to familiarise navigating page set up. I made a spelling mistake and was told it could not be edited, which was annoying not to be able to alter.
The email reminders were useful, but could be overwhelming. There is a limit to how many times a prompt to ask friends to donate becomes forceful. I had to ignore many.
I didn't find it needed to be on a score board for my fund raising. My total was as it could be, and comparing with others can be disheartening.
Payment for donatees easy. Nice to get messages. I found updating a little tricky, but did get my end of challenge,thank you, posted.
Over all a very good site to use. It was nice to be encouraged on, especially when raising money for deserving causes

Great for fundraising. Hard to know for certain that the charity received the funds as you never see it!

I liked most of it but i changed the date of my event and in just giving it wouldn't let me change it! This means that i cannot fund raise on the week before the event or after which i think is a serious problem!
