Had problems adding member to Team Page
Easy to sign up and share my fundraising page. I did have a problem adding one member to my team page however which was never solved. I myself also could not join a team page on a previous fundraising event. Would be great if this could be explained.

Just Giving page is so helpful when you are raising money. The page is easy to set up. It is easy to share with friends & family. You don’t need to worry about anyone giving you money by hand. I would definitely use them again!

The added tip isn't clear at checkout
I think the just giving idea is really good and helps raise money for some excellent causes.
One thing I strongly disagree with and something that I've been caught out with is the tip that just giving add on for themselves. I warned people giving sponsorship that this is what just giving do.
The organisation should ask if sponsors would like to add a tip not just automatically add it on. I've heard a lot of people including myself say that they checked out at the end without noticing the added on tip.
This needs to be changed. People need to be asked.
A just giving page is a brilliant way to raise money, just a bit naughty to add that bit.
