Just glass subscription seemed like a frivolous spend to begin with but after 3 months - we wish we had subscribed years ago! Its easy! They email to say when they will collect and even text to say they are on their way. No dramas and no fuss - easy. The box even looks cool next to our bins! Very happy 😃

I have just returned as a customer. I had to reign in my spending after some unforeseen cirmcumsthnaces. However, not having access to a car means that disposing of my glass waste is quite a mission!

Excellent & trustworthy, award-winning company. Excellent service from this company who are great regarding communication; be it general enquiries; informing when collections will happen and also confirming the collection has happened (& what time). Sturdy, waterproof, box is provided and this is emptied each month.
Being disabled & a non-driver; this service helps me as it collects from the house & therefore helps the environment too.

Ollie & Owen do a great job! I no longer drive so trips to the recycle centre are out for me. Just Glass came along at exactly the right time - I don’t know how I would manage without them. So reliable & helpful and great at keeping customers informed. Well done!

Living on Hayling Island it's a nightmare recycling glass - during the summer and Christmas the bottle banks are full. So glad we found Just Glass! Makes the whole experience effortless - nice big box to keep everything in, email (and social media) to confirm the collection date each month, and then up dates on the day of time of collection and confirmation of when collection has taken place. Highly recommend.

they tell you when they are going to collect (via email) and turn up when they should.
Very tidy, replacing the box where it should be instead of leaving it in a random space on the pavement.
Good value for money

From the very first contact I made with this company the service has been excellent. Communication is great and prompt. When, in the exceptionally windy weather and my box blew away it was very quickly replaced. This service is well worth the small additional monthly bill.

Great, reliable company. Always in contact by email in advance of when to expect collection with a time slot given too. I had cancelled to save a few pennies but decided I couldn't live without the collections and went back to them

Really good service at a reasonable price! You receive an email to remind you to put your box out and another to confirm your box has been collected. Very satisfied so far.

THere are so many reasons to use this company. It's fantastic little local company, run by two young guys who have put a lot of time and effort into getting it just right. They are quick to respond to queries, and friendly and helpful when they do. Notifications come at just th right time to make sure I get the box out. It's cheap, and a such a useful service. I really can't recommend them enough.

Good service, box is very large and plenty of notice for pick up. When I had a query it was dealt with promptly and thoroughly.
