This company ripped my elderly parents of while my dad was really poorly the garage roof they did is now leaking in and falling down i am now blocked on the numbers as i wanted the work to be done properly but still 18 months later still haven't been back and sadly my father passed away in feb and this worry didn't help they are COWBOYS DO NOT USE THEM THEY STILL HAVE THE CHEEK TO RING MY MOTHER AND ASK HER DOES AHE NEED ANYMORE WORK DOING !!! I HOPE THEY ROT IN HELL FOR WHAT THEY HAVE DONE IM NOW HAVING TO RECTIFY THERE CRAP WORK the date was august i think 2022

Warning ...this 'company' stole £650 off my elderly parents. If I could give zero I would. Avoid at all costs. I won't forget.....I will find you!!!!!!!!

Shocking so called company. Took disposit, fobed off with delays for metarials now haven't turned up to do the work. They do not answer the phone, messages left or emails. When they originally came to do the quote I asked Nicolas about the poor reviews on line and the excuse was given that there was some confusion as there was another company with a similar name and people was mistaking the company and getting confused. He even said that they contact Google to remove the reviews but this was difficult WHAT LIES !!!! THIS COMPANY ARE THE REAL SCAM COWBOYS 🤠!!!!!!! I will be now taking this matter to the police. PLEASE NOONE PAY THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY THEY NEED PROSECUTING!!!!! ALL WE WANT IS A RESULUTION AS THE MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN IS FROM AN ELDERLY VULNERABLE COUPLE. Don't be taken in by the reviews on their own dodgy website, they probably put them on themselves! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS FIRM.
Their address is fictitious, they will not do any of the work, see previous reviews from people they are scammers.

Complete scam and have taken my vulnerable mother for 1k cash. They turn up well presented and are very genuine but are complete fraudsters. Every review reference what they do or shall I say don’t do is 100% true. Reported to the police and going through trading standards. I have also obtained a few address for this business and will be paying a visit but I’m not holding my breath. Hopefully people will read these reviews before they agree to deal with these companies but unfortunately they pray on the elderly and vulnerable.

Do not purchase anything from this company under any circumstances. They ask you to pay the full amount and then never turn up on the day. Will say they have tried to call you when they haven't. Emailed and called multiple times with no luck. This company is a complete scam and these people are criminals. Fraudsters who take money from vulnerable people.

It's a shame you cant them minus 5. I have sent them letters e-mailed them tried to phone them. The Land is none excitant, mobile's they don't pick up.
They have robbed me of £2,000.00. My chimney leaks they don't want to know after they have taken your money. Looks like I'll have to recover this money through the courts. As advised by citizens advice.

I suffer from multiple PTSD and Clinical Depression. I also suffered a recent bereavement. After repeatedly breaching their own contract I cancelled the order and the company refuse to return the money I have already paid - £6500, the inheritance from my late Mother, to which they have no legal entitlement. They are now refusing to answer any communications. BE WARNED! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
