Very Helpful for people with disabilities
Easy to book, helpful for requesting a ground floor or 1st floor room. Understanding the need to be near the front of the coach as I am on crutches. Gave me dates for all of the excursions on the trip I was booking. This is our 3rd trip with them in 12 months. May even look at having Christmas with 'Just Go'.

Staff lack basic understanding of pick up points…
I booked a holiday on the basis the pick up point was in my local town. I asked specifically that the pick up was Gillingham Dorset but when my confirmation details were sent the pick up point is in fact Gillingham Kent. This makes it unfeasible for me to go as the nearest pick up near to my home is an hour drive away. I am not impressed, especially when I asked for a refund and was told I couldn't have one but could only be transfered to a different holiday. I am currently awaiting the outcome of what I can be offered.

One of the best holiday experiences…
One of the best holiday experiences I've had booking. Our lady (Debbie) was so helpful and very knowledgeable, and she explained everything to us. I am old, and my hearing (I wear hearing aids!) isn't as good as it used to be. Also, my 'phone (like me is Old!) But Debbie was very kind and patient, and after my granddaughter intervened, - thankfully! - we managed to get the holiday booked. Many thanks to Debbie also. The review was only a Booking review; we haven't been on the holiday yet, so can not comment further. Hopefully, the holiday will be as good an experience as the booking was.

Far too many pickups leading to extremely long journey.
Lots of coaches trying to drop at hotel at same time was chaos. Also only one lift working caused mayhem.

Disappointed
The coach and driver were lovely but the accommodation at the Adamton hotel was atrocious ! Upon arrival I was designated a room that the key got stuck in the lock and couldn’t be removed, I had to shoulder the door open at the age of 70 and then shoulder it closed again only to find that the safety chain failed to lock it. After being given another room I found squashed spiders on the ceiling and round the window, by then I had lost the will to live after a long journey. I then went down to the restaurant for dinner to find everything was gone and when I asked the (chef) what I was supposed to eat until breakfast he replied “It’s not my fault as they only give us so much per head to feed you all” Oh dear had to have a bar of chocolate from the vending machine till breakfast. The breakfasts were fine and as expected. Please do everyone a favour and not use this hotel again.
Last year I travelled with you to RIAT staying in the holiday inn and had a great time, I’m sure people wouldn’t mind paying a little more for better accommodation than Prestwick offered.
