I'm being honest that I'm really impressed with the response of your support team for my concern and I do hope that you do the needful to solve my issued. I love the way support team quickly respond to handle the issue. And I hope that I'll get my refund ASAP.

Be aware of this scammers. They bait You through a fake ad on behalf of a reputable brand (Lidl, Shell etc.), then You have to pay €2 for receiving a fake reward (and input a payment method). 1-2 months later they start charging You €64 x 2 monthly (€130 monthly) for a VIP subscription on their website (which most of the time You have never even visited once).

My family just got burned with ~€400 in the cource of 3 months.

There are plenty of red flags
- Business registered in Cyprus, claiming here "Denmark"
- The website is excluded from Google crawlers, so that victims don't have good visibility of other online complaints
- Phishing practice for collecting payment methods
- Incentivized TrustPilot positive reviews by promising a refund of already scammed people
- No refunds from the website
- All transactions are automatically converted to "credits", that persish completely in 90 days
- Quick support (probs AI-based) to misslead the user that someone actually cares.

RUN AWAY!

I would be very happy if I can get the refund because I didn’t sign up for this, I saw an advertisement that said you are giving away dove gifts so I should send courrier fees of which I did then no gift afterwards you deducting my money
