We have been a customer for 8 years. The reason I stay with them is because of the level of support. Always helpful and courteous - no problem is too big or small. We also use them because our data remain in the UK due to the location of their data centre.

It's nice to be able to deal with a British hosting company rather than the large US hosting companies who sell everything in dollars and treat you like a number. Since joining there has been no downtime and the prices are fair with plenty of features included without having to pay additional fees. What more could I want? I would recommend the company for web hosting because of the excellent service I have received.

I wish I'd found JustHostMe earlier instead of struggling with my previous hosting company. Their hosting plans are really good value for money. They're flexible too so you can easily upgrade and downgrade as and when needed and buy add-ons. I was able to install WordPress easily through the control panel and they have a number of ways to access support, not just a ticket system. I've only had one question and when I had to contact them, I used live chat and they were very helpful and made me feel valued. I'm very happy I switched host and I hope the current level of service continues. Thank you JustHostMe!

I've used JustHostMe for the past 6 years or so and can't fault them. I always receive fast and technical knowledge to fix any issues I have with getting websites online (Always been my fault lol but they're happy to fix promptly).
Definitely recommend just based on the customer service alone!
