Disappointed that you shut down my web site, even though payment was made within the time frame. Cost me considerable money to have the site down loaded again. Also the fact you did not send a renewal notice for the domain, meant it was taken away and as a result offered back @ $20,000, ridiculous. However, Jeffrey was helpful in sorting it out. But the whole thing should not have happened. What is the point of having an achieve department if you can not recover within a very short period of time

Recently transferred my hosting to JustHostMe. Account was setup immediately. Only needed to contact support once for update on domain transfer but they got back to me quickly. Very happy so far and my web site is loading a lot faster than before. Hope it continues.

New hosting package with a transferred domain for a third party, top notch service as usual. Just checked, I have been with them since 2011, my opinion: You might struggle to find a better provider.

I have two UK domains, web hosting and e-mail servers with JustHostMe. They have been reliable, prompt to reply on any queries or problems, and good value. The management interface, which uses cPanel, is straightforward to use, and there are any number of add-on goodies, most of which I have not looked into yet, but with a very useful document exchange portal that is very useful for exchanging stuff with colleagues which is too large or inappropriate as e-mail attachment. There are also the basics, which nonetheless do not always come as standard with other providers, such as non-25 SMTP access, php support etc.
On my recommendation, our local church - previously paying through the nose for web and e-mail hosting on another supposedly user--friendly provider, has since also migrated to JustHostMe

Outages are minimal and upgrades are communicated in good time, like you would expect for a change control.
Queries have been answered or resolved in good time.
