Hot tub service
Summer is here ,time for the hot tub to be serviced so I phoned JUST HOT TUBS and organised a suitable day for this to be carried out.
Tuesday 26/7/22 arrived and so did Scott, bang on time ( actually 10minutes early), introduced himself and started on the tub!
Every part of that tub was thoroughly cleaned , inside and out ( even the spiders and their webs ) , filters cleaned and all the electrics etc checked over .
The water was then refilled and the appropriate chemicals added .
Result:- one sparkly hot tub ……….
Scott did a fantastic job and I shall be asking for him next time.

Be aware of possible additional costs including electrician and the possibility of having to use a crane!!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. I brought the hot tub for a house I was building and due to building delays I changed my delivery date numerous times, but that was absolutely fine with them and I only paid the deposit till the date it was installed. Would definitely recommend the gold service package which involves full clean and service every 3 months. Scott is my main contact at the company and he is so reliable, cheerful and professional when he comes to service the tub. Strongly recommend Just Hot Tubs and Scott for after sales service. Thank you guys!

I found the whole experience of ordering delivery and installation very easy. The communication was good and the installation by Marcus was quick and efficient. The advice given worked and made the whole setting up really straightforward. The service and price were amazing

First class after sales
Had my hot tub since September 2020 and only ever had one minor issue, the lights stopped working but with in 4 days Just hot tubs came out a fixed the problem so first class service from all at Exeter Hot Tubs ⭐️
