Justlife customer support: useless

I have been using justlife for regular cleaning and found the servicce good and never had a complaint. i decided to use the laundry service and i had a complaint that i couldnt raise on the app as there was no chat button, only for the ongoing booking. they ended up taking one item to clean again and never returned. My emails to them stayed unanswered and when by mistake i found out about an 800 number i called 5 times to get exactly the same response: we are working on your complaint and you will get a call from the concerned team today. nobody called even after my 6th call to them in 11 days. Finally i realised that the company picking-up my laundry was laundryheap and kudos to them, just accessing the chat from their application i could manage to retrieve the missing item. Justlife support is completely useless. i dont recommend this app unless you have no other alternative

Booked a balcony cleaning job

Booked a balcony cleaning job - only to be told by the (rather bolshy) cleaner that she couldn’t clean the outside of the glass - although a) that was specifically what I requested and b) she was - literally - happy to stand and watch me do it! Also her phone was pinging non-stop for thr duration of her time.
Never. Again.

Be carful of this company they will…

Be carful of this company they will hack your card through the payments method , they deduct 2 times without me even book for any service , we booked for 3hrs sunday 1st of Feb -26 the maids came and left 1,5hr early ,they left the floor wet and dust cleaning was never completed toilets half finished , and today at 2nd of Feb -26 1:30 pm they deduct again from me 185 dh for no reason again be aware of the payments method .

I booked a cleaning three days in…

I booked a cleaning three days in advance. No one showed up, and they didn't notify me they wouldn't be coming. They sent a message saying they would come the next day. The next day, no one showed up either. Even though they said the cleaning had started... they stopped responding to emails and didn't refund my money. Don't trust them.

Unpleasant experience!

I booked maintenance team to come to install ceiling light. I payed them and the guy was supposed to come around 10/10:30am. He said at 11:30 he will come at 12:30. Which is very unprofessional! I was waiting for him and he called me and said he will not come!!!
I lost the whole morning waiting for him, I payed him and the guy never showed!!

I just cannot reach customer service to…

I just cannot reach customer service to reschedule appointments and no way to chat with someone. It’s very very frustrating and the design of the scheduling is so bad. Of course, no number and no contact information and the chatbot is from the last century. The cleaning service is great but the app is just horrible and the fact that you cannot connect or contact is simply unacceptable. From a safety perspective, I would be able to connect if something happens not chasing a bot that cannot chat! If you are trying to be like a booking service, manage it properly, you are a service without a customer service!

Avoid this dishonest company

Avoid this dishonest company. The cleaner left 20 mins early that I had paid for. No customer service to complain, only poorly managed chat service.

They also reply to your comments on trust pilot asking to email them and then never come back to you

Be very careful using this app

Be very careful using this app. An item was stolen from my home during a cleaning service booked through JustLife. When I reported it, their only response was that they are “just a marketplace” connecting users with cleaners and take no responsibility. No solution, no support, no accountability. Very disappointing and unsafe experience.

Disappointing and unprofessional!

They just get more and more disappointing!
I had my session booked for today, but overall, they keep delaying by 30 minutes until they moved the session to tomorrow without even consulting with me.
There is no way to call them and speak with them.

What a waste of time! Never again!

Moving cancelled 2 hours before

If it was possible to give minus rating. I would. Everyone knows moving in Dubai requires permits and it’s very serious if you don’t vacate on time.
I booked just life movers more than a week in advance and they messaged me to reschedule 2 hours before the move. After we got all the permits and were just waiting for them to arrive.

My experience with the Just Life app has been incredibly disappointing. I encountered numerous issues with their services, which were of very poor quality.

When I tried to reach out to customer service to file a complaint, I received no response. This experience highlighted the unprofessionalism of the company, leaving me feeling as if they handle customer interactions irresponsibly.

Overall, I believe this app needs significant improvements in all aspects of service. I would advise others to think carefully before using it.

I have booked maintenance service for a simple lock change i offered to send pictures but they never replied. they came after one day made some pictures and said they will get back to me with an quotation within 2-3 days. I tried to reach somebody but they chat both is useless. I wasted so much time. I finally hired a locksmith who changed the lock within 2 hours. Never again!

If I could I would have given 0 stars

If I could I would have given 0 stars. Very bad customer experience, cleaning maids never arrive on time. Today I booked the cleaner for 9am, at 8:30 she messaged me she is in the building, an hour later there was still no sign of her in my apartment. When I reported it to the customer support they simply cancelled my booking and proposed another slot without any explanation.
This is not the first time this is happening.
The quality of the service also leaves a lot to desire, the cleaners often barely speak english, and often dont do basic cleaning thigs saying that some customers dont want it, without checking with you first!

The worse customer service around

The worse customer service around. My shirts were damaged, vendor has accepted liability and so has Justlife however 3 weeks have gone by, they closed my ticket, not responding to my emails and no compensation paid out at all. To make matters worse they charged be 350aed out if the blue and not refunding that charge either.
