I purchased from just live on November 12 2023 with 2 business day shipment have made several attempts to contact the company with no avail I have never received the product this place is a a scam do not order from them #12606~S

Do not use this company it is a scam. I ordered in November a headboard that never arrived. They said that it was delayed and now I have asked for a refund they have blocked me. It is clear this is an issue for many so will be reporting to the police to stop this happening to others. Do not give an cash to them at all.

Placed an order with the company in November on 3/4 week delivery. Never received. Was told we would get a full refund. Three weeks later sent an email to chase up the refund. The Company has blocked my email. This company is a scam. Do not name the same mistake as us

I wish I'd read the negative reviews before dealing with this company. I placed an order for a headboard on 26th January. I subsequently contacted them re expected delivery date and was told the item had been lost by the courier..... Despite numerous follow up emails from me, and empty promises from Marino, a replacement headboard never arrived. Very poor service

I placed an order from these guys for a headboard. I didn’t get a confirmation although money was taken from my account. I attempted to contact these guys multiple times but got no response. I then wrote a negative review and got an email apologising and was told that the item was ordered and a delivery date THEN a couple of days after I got a refund - no email just a refund. I have now attempted to contact these guys numerous times to ask what’s happening and no response therefore another bad review.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Marino Constantinou Director at Just Live is a liar and a thief. He will not deliver the goods you order. He will not provide a refund.

He will pretend to give a good service, He will pretend to do you favours, he will kick the can down the road. He can not be trusted.

Do not use this company, I placed an order early in November 2022 for a headboard, delivery expected 3 - 4 weeks. No explanation received until I constantly contacted them with the excuse that they were waiting on suppliers. Three weeks ago they promised a refund which as yet not received. I am ringing several times a day and no reply, and no response from emails either.

We paid Just Live for an ottoman through their subsidiary Just Ottomans. After several weeks there was no sign of the ottoman & the company ceased meaningful communications. We cancelled the order but no refund received. We have now reported to police cyber crime unit & trading standards. Do not trust them with your money, it is obviously a scam
