If I could give them a zero, I would! I paid for items in September 2025 (wanted them for Aftershock) but realized after reading reviews that they take a while to ship (if it gets shipped at all). I waited patiently and NEVER received my order! When I finally reached out via email (email is the only option, the 2nd clue this company is shady), they wrote that my order had been shipped, that I only had a 30 day window to request a refund (what???), and that I could repurchase my items with a 50% discount. WHAT A SCAM!!! Please don’t give them your money, and please help get them off of Insta!!!!!!!!!

These flip flops are super comfortable and surprisingly sturdy for everyday wear. The skull design adds a unique edgy touch that always gets compliments. Perfect mix of style and comfort—I wear them all the time!

This company is a total joke. My order was placed in November 2025. It's now mid-February with still no product. They lied and said that it was out for delivery in December. No show. They lied again and said it was delivered in late January. There was no delivery. I have cameras plus there wasn't any delivery notification. I'm going through pay-pal to get my money back. Skulls is fighting me. Total sham.

Don't buy from this company terrible service placed my order nearly 5 week ago and still nothing don't waste your money

I ordered something 17 days ago, which was meant to arrive 5 days ago at the latest, and today is the first time the tracking code has been valid. They only mailed it after 17 days, and only because i emailed them multiple times for updates. It was meant to be a gift, and was ordered plenty early. Disgraceful service. I dont even know when it will finally show up, if et ever does.

The product I had ordered came in a size that was to small. They took care of the exchange and I would purchase from them again.

I got them from the thrift store and honestly they are so comfortable especially for skating they have amazing grip

JLS was quick to respond to my messages from the day I ordered to the date of delivery
and offered to replace my shoes that were a small fit. Very reliable, and nice product. I will purchase more products from JLS.

update #2- i have the emails of both harassment and blackmail. and now this company is saying she scammed us and got product and money. NO I DID NOT! on this review they are trying to make me look bad and them good. Again, wrong. direct emails they are now begging for a resolution, my resolution is do better with the next customer. you did refund my money, im good, now just LEAVE ME ALONE. MOVE ON. STOP TRYING TO PLAY THE VICTIM.Update: this company just for skulls just will not stop. they are now emailing me constantly trying to threaten me almost too change my review. i wish they could just accept this was a bad thing thst happened, learn how to correct, move on and stop harassing me. i will never order from them again.ordered from Just Love Skulls. after many emails back and forth, always receiving the same message of your order will arrive next week, this went on for weeks. i left a review here and they constantly contacted me, almost harrassing, demanding and even trying to blackmail me into changing my review. i refused and i amd still being hounded to change my review and they have now changed it to i never placed an order i reviewed the wrong company. now after almost 2 months of not receiving my order, just for skulls did refund my money; however, they then started making comments incenuating i was just trying to get something for free. then they said my order was delivered, still haven't received it. the entire time, the tracking # was not valid, then they sent me another tracking # that wasnt even connected to my order. Just for skulls needs to seriously stop harassing customers and trying to blackmail them into making only positve reviews. i had a bad experience and i have the right to say so. accept the fact you failed on this order and move on and learn from your mistakes. stop with the harassment.

Placed an order on Jan 4,2025. Tried calling (all calls are directed to voicemail) tried emailing still no response. On Jan 13 advised them to cancel order. Surprise they still have my money and I still have nothing! Follow-up they finally contacted me and assured me my order would be delivered the following day. Surprise that didn’t happen. What did happen was an offer to entice me to remove my review! Finally I ask for the shipping confirmation and found it wasn’t from my original order but it was from AMAZON. They lied about the original shipping it had not been shipped. When I received the order from AMAZON I was not happy with Sugar Skull ornaments. They were miniatures and of poor quality. They offered to send a free gift if I removed my review. I declined the offer. My experience with JustLoveSkulls was horrible.
