Unfortunately, at the time when you were trying to create a withdrawal request via the desired payment method, it was temporarily disabled due to the technical issues on their side.

Later on that day, the method was enabled back and you have managed to re-create your withdrawal request via the desired payment method which had been successfully processed and completed.

Nonetheless, upon a situation, you may always withdraw via the alternative methods instead.

I really thought high of this broker as…

I really thought high of this broker as they offer very good accounts, but at the end it was all disappointment. After testing my EA on their demo accounts for months and months and having good results, I've decided to deposit the money and open 2 live accounts. Everything started great for the first 2 months, EA was working great, was generating good results as expected, but all of a sudden I'm getting an email from JustMarkets and it's a warning that I need to change my settings or they will disable the use of EA on all of my accounts. I was in shock as like I said I used the same EA for months on demo accounts provided by them to test it, and never they've sent me this kind of a message, a warning about the EA. I wrote to them about the issue and explained to them in details how this particular EA works, but after a few more weeks of trading I'm receiving another email and this one was that they have decided to completely shut down the use of EA and sent me another warning that if I don't close open positions they will do it instead. So with no choice I had to close them which in return generated significant amount of losses. Everything I gained in those 2 months I basically lost. I'm so disappointed with this broker as I hoped I can be with them for a lifetime, but it turned out that they don't care about their customers and whether you are making steady profits or not. I just want to say to any of you that are planning to use an EA on this broker to be extremely careful, as they could disable it just like that, plus they won't reply to any of your emails about the particular problem. When they send you that kind of a message it basically means you can pack your suitcases and leave immediately. All in all be careful guys with this broker.

Please note, that after careful and thoughtful review, we found that your trading activity and strategy that you use leads to the abnormal amount of trading operations which in total causes the critical overload on the whole trading facilities.

Considering the use of external algorithmic software and/or expert advisors, pursuant to clause 4.1.8 and 4.2.2 of the Client Agreement, the Company is entitled to restrict the use of such advisors and prohibit the trade on such an account where such expert is used.

Therefore, after an internal investigation, we concluded to prohibit the possibility of using expert advisors on your account.

If you make changes to your EA settings, we can activate one of the your accounts for the EA usage again.

Upon adjusting your EA's settings, please feel free to reach out at success@justmarkets.com. I will personally oversee this case further.

Seamless Experience

Account registration was seamless and identity verification was completed quickly. I was able to create my account, get it verified and start trading within an hour. I obviously haven't immediately gotten to experience all the benefits that a verified account offers, but having it done quickly was a huge bonus for me.
