SCAM ALERT

UPDATE: Finally received my funds

I’m updating this because JustMarkets finally processed my withdrawal today. It took 12 days and a lot of back-and-forth, but the money is now in my account.
​I’m still not happy that it took a Trustpilot review and a message from their Success Manager, Gary Miller, to get this moving, but at least they followed through in the end. If you're having the same issue, keep pushing and tag their management—it seems to be the only way to get a real response.
​Problem solved, but the initial communication definitely needs to be much better.

Abusive practices and willful funds freezing


Guys,This company is using withdrawal as a weapon to get high ratings and exploit retail traders.Everything was fine untill I review a suggesstion.Before the review,every transaction was fine.They flag any negative review and hold their funds.They say my withdrawal was completed but 4 of my withdrawal transactions are held by them since 23rd of january,not recieved till date.I tried reaching them multiple times,and provided every possible documents,but the kept on providing arns and instead of helping me,they threaten me with international court proceedings.So,I seek help from the regulators now(Formal filing on the fsa portal),I am currently waiting for the fsa to rule on my case.Anyone who face the same issue as me,which this broker,intentionally cause,can complain to the fsa and ombudsman .

Lets come all together and give impact on their license renewal.With the evidence I have,I believe they will find it very hard to explain their documented stall tactic,administrative harassment and abusive practices.
Please file a formal complain so that they dont repeat exploiting retail traders like us.

Update after their reply: Your repeated provision of failed codes in 19 micro transactions for a single withdrawal transaction is not a standard procedure.Besides there are 3 other transactions which you failed to settle.The 21 day statutory timeline has passed.I am waiting for the fsa's ruling on the broker's non-compliance

Deposit problem refund required but not given

I already wrote a review they answered for it I made a deposit of 462$ to them I made it through what payment gateway that they told so now they are asking too many proof like bank statement, transaction ID, and even that a mail from my bank all things I have provided and still now they are coming up with another way to escape. So kindly notice this guys a good broker don't do this things he is fraud broker don't go to justmarkets it is a scam. I have given all proofs but again and again they keep asking another proofs or saying silly reason because they scam broker.

Scammer broker deposit what u are willing to lose

Scammer broker, don’t deposit you money because you will not withdraw. I deposited my money and they have taken 2 months without refunding me after blocking my account and I can’t trade even on my account

Where is my money!!!

I’ve made a deposit, the money deducted from my wallet and then they canceled it
I talked to support and they are a group of robots that repeats the same thing.
I’ve opened a case and make another deposit until the first one is solved and the second one also canceled after the amount deducted!!!!!

Now both deposits are cancelled while deducted and their customer support is not supporting at all!!!

Unprofessional

Withdrawal requested on 02.02.2026 — still unpaid. My case remains pending with no proper explanation.

For a company operating in financial markets, delayed payouts without transparency are unacceptable. Traders take risks in the market; they should not have to take risks with their own withdrawals.

I expect immediate resolution. based on my current experience, I cannot recommend this company

I’m very happy with JustMarkets because most of the time I deposit money using my bank card. When I withdraw, the money reaches me very quickly.
