Delivery was good, It is not always on time, but i do get my parcel.

Iv alway had from amazon but they can't get now so I looked you up and I had no idea it would take this long to get to me when you delivered it

I have been using Just Milk lactose free for many years now, it not always available from where we do our online shopping, this is the online order I’ve placed and it was processed very quickly on the 1st order and delivered within 3 days of ordering. The 2nd order placed today has now been dispatched.
This is a semi-skimmed milk although it doesn’t state it on the bottle, but if you check the fat content it is. Both myself and my wife find the taste creamier and nicer than other brands that are available and is always our preferred choice.

Always excellent service

We only use Just Milk Skimmed, have done for years, because it is zero fat, but a very creamy milk, to drink as it is or in hot drinks, cooking and cereals. Every other skimmed milk, that we have tried tastes watery, this one does not.

The wrong milk was delivered. After five separate attempts at contacting the company over a period of a few weeks to rectify this and get the right milk, no-one is responding to emails other than an automated response saying someone will be in touch. I have requested a refund of my money with no response. I will never be using this company again, I can buy the milk from Amazon, not something I wanted to do as I would prefer to go direct to the company, but now I feel I have no choice. If I could have given a minus star rating I would have because of the appalling customer service.

Great Products at good prices with fast delivery, top marks for everything.Delivery company are brilliant, had a few orders now and all were perfect and delivery company were very helpful and cheerful.

Our milk order arrived quicker than expected, which is always a good thing. We are very happy to order direct from justmilk.com on subscription, because it was regularly out of stock ordering through Amazon. It's early days, but everything looks good so far...just the ticket!

Not so good this time. Inept couriers, 15 days since I placed my order. No reply from just milk. Last time this happened, I didn't receive a full refund, it was minus 37p , not a lot , but if this keeps happening, it adds up and I'd rather it was in my pocket and not a company that uses such a shabby courier . Have asked for full refund. Product seems good but totally unreliable delivery system. Won't be using this company again.

Only 4 week use by date so at 82 I have to use 24 litres of milk in under a month. NOT imprssed

Very happy with Milk and service

Ordered 12 bottles , on 6/4 , sell by date 15/5 , normally 3 months sell by date , just milk insisted the sell by date is 9/9 , asked me to send photos of all 12 bottles , but they have never replied , have used them for years , I would have at least expected them to apologise ! Not ignore me
