Bad service. Lies. No respect for customers.
I struggled with JustLife over the past 5 weeks. For 5 weeks, my assigned cleaners have been changed and for 5 weeks they’ve been lying over the change and blaming it on the cleaners for taking a day off. I have her number personally, so I know they’ve been assigning her to other appointments except for 1 week when she was unwell. I attached my conversation with her as photos.
JustLife does not respect its customers. They take your money and lie straight to your face. I am sick and tired of calling them and hearing their excuses. Have some shame. People who book certain cleaners do it for a reason. We trust them. We like them. I’ve had random cleaners show up at my house and I’ve had things go missing for a while now. Even my sanitary pads got stolen…what?!. Previously, they changed the cleaner permanently without my permission and I had gold stolen from my home.
Before I share my next experience, let me put some things into context… I have a 1-bedroom apartment and usually book 2 maids to lessen their load. I used to have 1 cleaner (my proffered cleaner) and I asked her if she needed an extra hand. She said she could clean the apartment herself since it’s small, but I noticed that some days she is tired that’s why I booked 2. I do not enjoy seeing her work when she’s tired. I understand it’s a physically demanding job. Having someone to help her, allows both the girls to rest when they want to and finish early when they want to. Now here’s what happened…. During these 5 weeks, I saw that they changed the maids and I called to ensure they assigned Filipinas because they’re the easiest to communicate with and I trust them due to having a lot of Filipino friends. Instead, they booked two Nepali girls that I struggled to communicate with. They didn’t clean properly… I had to tell them to vacuum and mop the floor because they didn’t know they should… they did not follow instructions either… they threw a small carpet I had on my clothes. My living room was not cleaned, and the rest of the apartment wasn’t cleaned properly. The next day, I had to book maids from a different company to clean the apartment again. This is unbelievable. It was such a waste of money. To make things worse, they canceled the appointment during the 30 minutes they were supposed to arrive in. I got a call saying the security wasn’t letting them in. I told them don’t worry I’ll go down myself and get them and I did. They still canceled the appointment. The coordinator called me, and I told her don’t worry I’ll call JustLife for them to undo it or book a fake appointment to make sure the payment goes through… while I was contacting JustLife, she called the maids several times... almost every 5 minutes and they spent a whole lot of time just talking to her. I informed her a few times that she was halting the cleaning and she should contact me instead or wait for me to call her once I had spoken to operations. She didn’t. I figured it out with JustLife… yay, but as I told you my apartment was barely cleaned. So right now, I am paying for a useless appointment. I basically had guests over who spent half of the time on the phone and the other half not knowing what to do. I still had to get my apartment entirely cleaned the next day by a different company.
