Great expeience with Just Motor Group
I bought a Citroen Nemo van from Just Citroen in Harrogate last year. I understood that they are a Citroen main dealer and the price was definately top end but it was nicely prepared, supplied with a full tank of diesel and came with 12 months Citroen warranty.
The vehicle was nearly out of warranty when the clutch release bearing started to get noisy. I rang Just Citroen in Preston and took the van in for inspection. They agreed that the bearing was on its way out and booked it in for repair.
They had the van for four days but lent me another for the duration. They replaced the clutch release bearing and rectified two other problems that I wasn't even aware of.
The whole experience was friendly, smooth and hassle free.
I can highly recommend Just Motor Group.

Booked a test drive at Just Citroen…
Booked a test drive at Just Citroen garage BD20 for today. Arrived on time, was told at reception salesperson engaged with another customer asked to take a seat and they would tell him when free. Could hear salesperson had finished after 10 mins and heard him say he was going upstairs. After 20mins fed up of waiting got up to go,. told a salesperson fed up of waiting he said nobody told him i was waiting.
Eventually looked at the car, (which was marked Demonstrator) and given keys to start up. Queried price on windscreen as was more then advertised price. Asked if could now have a test drive which i booked in for. Sales person went to check with manager!
Salesperson came back, advised price on windscreen was wrong and WAIT FOR IT No
I couldnt have a test drive as there was supposedly a fault with the car though they couldnt tell me what it was.There was no fault with the car when i started it, why was it marked demonstrator and why did they not ring to tell me i could not have a test drive. Hate to think what the service would have been if i had actually bought the car. Certainly wont be going back.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that on this occasion, we appear to have fallen short on our usual high level of customer service. I am unsure why the Demonstrator you viewed was unavailable for test drive but can assure you, it will have without doubt, been a genuine reason as we have no reason to not provide test drives. From time to time, a test drive may occur where somebody has caught a tyre rendering it dangerous until repaired or on occasion a Safety Recall is announced meaning we cannot release a car or drive it until rectified. (This happens with all manufacturers as safety is the highest priority.) However, I am disappointed to learn that you were not made aware of the reason. In terms of the screen price, we monitor our prices daily to ensure that we remain competitive in the marketplace. Some times these prices go up, other times they come down. I assume that on this occasion, the price has been changed on the internet before the team have had chance to change it in the car. I do hope you managed to source a vehicle that was satisfactory and hope that your experience hasn't put you off giving us the opportunity to look after you again in the future now that I have provided some reasoning. We certainly don't mislead or deceive people and are currently enjoying a score of 97% 'Would Recommend' on Judge Survey for the sale of our Used vehicles and 100% would recommend on Citroens internal platform for the sale of New Cars. Nevertheless, if it was our business that you enquired with previously, I apologies that you feel this way but can remain absolutely confident that your comments are incorrect as that isn't the way that we do business.
