What a wonderful experience dealing with Just Move Property Maintenance
Being an older person, I sometimes find dealing with tradespeople a little overwhelming, especially when I don’t fully understand what needs doing. However, this company made the whole experience so easy and reassuring.
They were exceptionally patient, taking their time to explain everything clearly without using complicated technical language. I asked quite a few questions, sometimes more than once, and they never made me feel like I was being a nuisance.
They arrived exactly when they said they would, were friendly, polite and respectful of my home, and made absolutely sure I was happy with everything before they left.
For me, it wasn’t just about the work they carried out. It was the kindness, understanding and genuine care they showed throughout.
It’s becoming increasingly difficult to find people you can truly trust, but Just Move Property Maintenance have restored my faith in good, honest tradespeople.
I would recommend them without hesitation, especially to elderly customers who value patience, kindness and a company that genuinely cares.
