The big shop bullies its customers - Just My Socks

Good: Most time stable, but some time cannot reach out.
Bad: Renewal reminder really unfair, i use JMS for 5years. Each year, I have to refresh and obtain a payment code during the billing month, and it cannot be paid in advance. They only notify me via email. This year, the billing notification was sent while I was on a business trip without internet access, so I missed the payment window and my account was deactivated. I tried to contact customer support to reopen my account since I was only 5 days late, and as a long-time customer, I expected at least an official reason. However, they coldly refused and said I could only subscribe to a more expensive new product. This is clearly a tactic to charge long-time customers more money. They could have easily sent an SMS notification but chose not to. This kind of service, which has monopolistic tendencies, is extremely frustrating. Therefore, I want to file a complaint here. I hope anyone reading this will choose other products.
