Performance on websait without curently proof of their obligstions

Performance without proof.
I was very disappointed with the service for the installation of the new garage door. I saw the website that was promised to be Trusted Home Improvement. They positioned themselves as Top Adelaide Home Service and Top Warranty.
However, it has nuances.
5.02.26 The designer insisted that I make a deposit the same day, and the next day they would come and measure the size to speed up the production of garage panels. So I transferred the deposit and waited for a visit. I haven't seen anyone since then. I tried to connect with the manager, but he did not answer. After some time , he sent me a new variation quote to choose a different colour for the garage door because my chosen colour was not available, and the deadline of the Quote has been extended to 2.02.2028 !!!
Therefore, on 23.03.2026 I immediately notified the company that I had terminated the contract because they had not fulfilled their obligations.
I regret going with this company and would not recommend them
for trustworthy relationships. Just a waste of our money and time.

After installing new gutters and down…

After installing new gutters and down pipes and them leaking after the first rainfall, I have been going back and forth with them to try and get them to fix the problems with loads of calls to them and them promising to come and fix The gutters, they have not turned up on 5 occasions and never let me know that they were not coming. Their warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with,demanding payment before they have even started. Find someone else to do your work.

Just a waste of our money and time

Just a waste of our money and time! We’ve had a very frustrating experience with Just Quality Blinds. It’s been over 3 months and nothing has been done because they kept giving us information bit by bit instead of clearly from the start.

We wanted to enclose our veranda for a warm play area for our kids. I told the salesperson that insulation was our top priority. He said the fabric was weather-proof and good quality. He mentioned the ceiling needed levelling and that they would fill some gaps, but didn’t explain the full extent of the issues or that the floor also needed to be fixed. The contract mentioned in small print that not all gaps are filled, but this wasn’t properly explained. After two hours of discussion, he pressured me to sign by saying I’d lose a special deal if I waited.

Over time, different staff gave me different advice. One said I should first do ceiling frames and not the ceiling gyprock before the posts can be installed, so I got a handyman to do that. Later another staff said the floor had to be levelled if I really want no gaps. Then when I did that I was told by a different staff the full ceiling needed gyprock before they could install posts. By then, my handyman was unavailable for two months. The delays, miscommunication, and added costs completely derailed the project.

When I asked for a refund, they refused, even though they had already taken $2000 and done no actual work. They claimed that they already custom-manufactured the material, but their team has not yet taken the final measurements needed to complete the job. Initially, I was told only the timber ceiling frames were required. After completing that, I was later informed that the full gyprock ceiling must be installed to ensure a proper fit and no gaps. This change came after their measuring staff visited but said they couldn’t proceed until the ceiling was finished. So, accurate measurements for post and panel fabrication have not been taken.
I regret going with this company and would not recommend them.

Blinds look good but are NOT light Block-out

Blinds look good but are NOT light Block-out, as described. Great presentation by Jarrad but Installer Corey, left the job half done after payment was made! After months of waiting, they could not do as promised and even with curtains over the top of the electric blinds, I still have light shining through top and bottom and at both sides of my windows! Go with someone else!!!

Don't trust Just Quality

I have a contract for a Roller Door with Just Quality & 3 months after paying the deposit & no further correspondence from them, I found that they had cancelled the contract. They will not discuss reinstating the contract unless I pay $2000 more than the contract price.
They agreed that they are totally to blame but will not honour the original price even
though there has been no change to the materials requested nor the size of the door. I'm on a disability pension, which they have been advised, so $2000 extra is a lot on a pension but they still had the same response. They also claim they are cancelling due to "Unforeseen circumstances" & told me the section of the contract to look at so I did. The
section stated only unforeseen circumstances relating to site issues & nothing else. Their "Unforeseen circumstance" was simply that someone quoted too low, this is not what their
definition includes & they refuse to do anything. As I said previously, a disability pension doesn't pay much so I want them to honour the contract price.
