Just Render 

Absolute scandalous workmanship, ripped flashing, broken tiles, total damage to roof.

JUST RENDER. An update on my earlier review. My opinion has not changed and never will but, after a lot of time spent on hold of the phone, emailing them, getting the odd response promising the money I finally involved our bank. When I told Just Render I had involved the bank their comment was "probably for the best - you will get you money back". Disgusting. Expecting our bank to refund the money and probably not get it back themselves. I persisted finally writing my earlier review and telling them that is what I was doing along with reporting them to PayPal etc. They responded saying they had emailed me several days before asking for our bank details to make the refund - they even sent me an 'email' showing they had - don't be fooled - you can edit emails to show any time and date if you know how! I emailed back saying I was not giving them over email - they had to call to get them! A lady called Joanna called, we had a long 'chat' about customer service etc. She tried to convince me that they were under staffed etc etc. She asked me what they could do to try to put it right other than the refund (which we got), I explained that I had spent nearly a day of my time over the last 4 months trying to get hold of them to sort and that she had our address and I would leave it up to her to do something if she wanted to. That was 3 weeks ago and nothing - no surprise there but I wanted to give her the time and see. Long story short - we have our money back, we have found a brilliant company to use in the future and their lack of actually doing what they say and wanting to put it right as best as they could came to nothing. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Scam company - avoid at all costs. Paid for materials that never arrived... When we did manage to get hold of them they just lied about providing the refund - this isn't over!!

Stop, don’t buy any of the materials listed on the website.
It is a Scam, Fake Company don’t trust them. bought facade materials from Just Render 2 months ago and since then I did not receive the items.The phone number listed on the website doesn’t exist, I’m calling them every day.
Opened a case with the Fraud team to return my money back, it’s a huge amount!

Waited a bit longer than stated on their website, but overall good experience

The customer service is utterly bad! After being kept on hold for 1:30 hours I started a chat and was told “there’s a problem with the line”. Could not place the order and was told “I can’t be of more help”. What a waste of time and life, horrible service.

Short story:

Only half of order was delivered, customer services are non existent. In case of any trouble do NOT expect that anyone will reply to your emails or that receptionist that picks up all calls will ever connect you somewhere. Buy somewhere else, you will have it cheaper and more pleasant overall.

More detail: I ordered in Jan, received a big package, but didn't wanted to open it until my project started (so I can store it outside). My project was delayed until Sep. After opening it half of the order wasn't in and no other packages were delivered. They have only one email and one contact number that after number of tries lead nowhere. No formal procedures that lead to decent customer present.

For just render (in case of "corporate" reply): orderID 2591, attribute to employees, fix your procedures so you always come back promptly to customer with decent reply (no matter what it is)
