JustReply 

We've started using JustReply, and it's been a true eye-opener; customer insights are brought straight to where we do most of our work, everyone in the team gets visibility into customer challenges, and we can easily reply to customers without switching tools. Can't wait to see what's in store for the future, but already a very powerful product!

We have had the chance to try JustReply's Beta version. To be honest this is one of the best solutions I have seen so far. This helps our business and this enhances the experience for our customers.

We're testing out JustReply during the Beta. We're operating a couple of smaller SaaS apps and a service business and everything basically happens in Slack. So not having to leave, or leave just on certain occasions helps a lot.

It's also nice to have a light weight solution that does not create a lot of overhead for us. Like we've experiences prior on larger platforms.

We've been part of the beta phase and have been loving the product so far. We're an early stage startup that practically lives in Slack and for us it's proving a perfect solution. Highly recommended!
