Lovely company

My cat loves her new kibble! I have never seen her run towards the dry food bowl so quickly, the packaging is so thoughtful and sweet, i couldn’t be happier and will keep our subscription!

Did not know it was a membership and no…

Did not know it was a membership and no way to send back order despite the 14 days to return an order.
They are using the excuse that items are personalized but this is algorithm base and they still buy the food in mass and do not create individual formulas. Except from a picture on the bag the food will most likely fit another customers but out of simplicity for them they have decided otherway. I would only warn customers to pay attention if they want to try and make sure they immediately opt out for the next delivery, You can also not remove by yourself your payment details and have to request from someone from customer service to delete your account. I am not sure how compliant it is with european GDPR rules.

Order never delivered, no response from customer support

Order never delivered, no response from customer support
I placed an order with Just Russel, but unfortunately I never received my package.
According to DHL, the parcel was not delivered and was returned to the sender (Just Russel). I did not receive the food at any point.
I have contacted customer support multiple times by email, but I have not received any response so far. At the moment, I do not know where my order is, and no solution has been offered.
I was asked to review the food, but I cannot do that because the order was never delivered.
I hope Just Russel will finally respond and either resend the order or refund the payment.

Lors de la première commande, nous lançons en effet un abonnement avec livraisons automatiques, mais vous avez toujours la possibilité de modifier, suspendre ou arrêter les prochaines livraisons vous-même via votre compte. Si cela n’a pas fonctionné comme prévu ou si vous n’avez pas eu le temps de le faire avant le prochain prélèvement, alors c’est clairement à nous de corriger cela ✅.

No Just Russel for us anymore

The start with Just Russel was good. Good delivery, no complaints. But after a time our dog was getting sick and vomitting bile almost every day and losing energy. We went to the vet and searched for everything. Then he asked what the food was and we said from Just Russel. We were one of many with this complaints. We changed the food and our dog stopped vomitting and feels better and energetic again. When we talked about it with other people we heared we are not the only one. No Just Russel for us anymore!

Automatic delivery

I dont like the fact that automatically after 4 weeks the nxt order would be delivered. There is a possibilit that if i dont need then i can change the date or cancel. But i dont like this arrangement

Surely there must be an easier way to order things outside of the programme than going to website and login and then open another browser page inorder to place the order.
