Good food

Good food. Easy to change and modify portions. Always fast delivery. My picky dog eats it and that’s a big thing.

Product

Product package is great, sending is great. But my dogs are scratching a lot more then they did. They also drink a lot more water. The second order was the same package same description, but not the same dog food. Different smell and shape. I think this is a high quality package with zero quality food.

At first I received a good service from…

At first I received a good service from this company, however recently I have had two missing orders which say they were delivered and noone is available in customer service. I have emailed, WhatsApp messaged and tried their onlibe chat over the course of a week and noone responds.

My dog is allergic to the food and they…

My dog is allergic to the food and they still send me an extra bag without asking and charged me for it (€30). Such a waste now I have a 3kg bag that won’t be used.
And after contacting them they ignored my massages.

A Bad Customer Service Experience

I have four cats and recently placed my first order for dry food from Just Russel. Unfortunately, the system randomly assigns the flavor based on the questionnaire without allowing any manual selection. Since my cats dislike fish, I immediately emailed Just Russel after completing the order to request a change of flavor. I received an automated response but no follow-up from Customer Service.

Concerned, I also contacted them via WhatsApp. However, by the time they saw my message (about an hour later), I received an email informing me that the order had already been shipped. It has now been over two hours since my last WhatsApp message, and I’m still waiting for a solution. If they don't address this soon, I asked them to cancel my subscription. However, they even did not answer to this request. Now I am stuck with 6 kg of food that my cats won’t eat.

Lots of lies and misinformation.

The ads they use have a lot of lies and false information in them. Their food is mediocre at best and their food which is supposed to help with allergies made it worse with my dog and several other dogs of my friends.

I even had to advice some clients with a mental handicap to go to a vet because they thought only the food was wrong. "Because the so called vet enforced food" would solve it.

Terrible company with very untrustworthy marketing schemes. Do not recommend.

Ver unprofessional customer service

Since my first order it was never delivered at home, even if you contact them and change delivery company; so go and pick it up yourself from the post office without a car.
If you have a question/problem and expect a quick answer, it will be answered at least 4 days later with WhatsApp and via email in 2 days but no solutions to your problem
Administration is a drama, there was a mistake in the payment, I claimed it and they can't find the error, they say everything is correct, correct, correct. One month later they stil didn't find the error but they contact me for a new payment, wich I already did one month before.
Now my paid order is not delivered. I am trying for three days to contact them without a reply. Very unprofessional.
I am done with them.
Nothing against the food....

You should give a try, as I did

I had a bad first experience with the customer service on whatsapp that took 2 days to reply me. However, the contact I did by email took 1 day and they were really helpful and caring. I had my answers replied and now I am happy! Ronja, my 6 months Australian Shepherd, very active, smart... she loves her "just russel", this is because the ingredients and amount to eat was made specially for her, and that's why I will keep with JUST RUSSEL = as much as natural is the kibble, the best we are giving to our pawfriends! I used AI to compare Just Russel with other famous brand, AI was clear: just russel countains more natural ingredients and covers Ronja needs. 😊

We are soooo sorry!

We have always been very happy with Just Russel, but unfortunately our dog Carly has been eating very little in the last few days, lost 500 g and we need to find out why!
Now we are conducting some investigations and hope to find the cause!
We were very satisfied and would recommend your company at any time!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely intransparent - they unknowingly chain you to an abonnement and keep demanding payments. I repeatedly contacted them to stop over the past few months and they still haven't left me alone. My bank (Dutch) also marked them as untrustworthy. To avoid!!!

Our labradoodle is 16 months old. It's a fact that they really don't care for food but, Jip, was a poor eater and we have tried most brands, the cheapest to the most expensive. When I saw the ad of Just Russel, I placed an order right away- and wow, Jip is still a slow eater but he eats well and sufficient.
