The clubs I ordered were unexpectedly delayed. Just Say Golf made me aware immediately upon learning of the delay and proactively offered a discount to make up for the unforeseen issue. They had prompt, personal and professional dialogue and the clubs arrived exactly when they said they would in perfect condition. Excellent client care! I will purchase again from this company for sure!

I am pretty sure this company is a scam. I ordered a bag almost 2 months ago and have received no updates. I have reached out twice and they said it would be shipped that next week. Here we are 2 months later, no golf bag and out of 300 dollars.

Nice set of Mizuno irons

I was hesitant to purchase from a website I never heard of before and that offered a discount on a top of the line product from a vendor that never discounts. But Just Say Golf delivered. The item shipped quickly direct from the vendor. To receive an additional discount, I reluctantly signed up for marketing texts and emails. Pleasantly, I have not been inundated with these. I would recommend this seller.

I’m only giving four stars because I ordered a set of clubs for my girlfriend and it took a couple of weeks before I got any response to my inquiry as to why it was taking so long to get them. When I did call, I spoke to Caleb and he checked into it right away and when we found out they were delayed, he upgraded my set and sent me out my new clubs on the same day and I received them a day ahead of the new schedule. His customer service was excellent and I highly recommended you requesting to speak to him if you need to call them for any reason.

I ordered a set of Callaway Eylte X irons and customized the shafts with the Steelfiber shafts. I placed the order online July 3 and 12 days later they arrived at my door. The online ordering was very easy and straightforward. I will do more of my shopping thru the website. By the way the irons hit great!
