I arrived before my appointment time and had been told that they would start right away, they replaced both front tyres and carried out wheel alignment, excellent service, polite and provided information about my tyre wear. Would highly recommend

Helpful, fast, friendly, exceptionally good valuen
The online chat was really helpful and fast. The guys in Amersham were friendly and helpful and even helped with putting me in touch with someone to remove the wheels as I'd lost my wheel locking key.
Cheapest tyres by far and quick to fit.
The only reason I reduced my rating to 4 was that 1 tyre may not have been required due to poor advice from the car garage and you cannot cancel once it's ordered online

I was asked how many miles I did each year - and was advised I only needed budget tyres. I was impressed that as a woman in her 80s I was not taken advantage of and pressured into buying more expensive tyres. I will certainly recommend this company to friends.

Easy web-based ordering process, good clear communication explaining what to do, very good price for the tyres, local centre wasn't too busy. Two new front tyres and alignment took over an hour so be prepared to go for a walk or a coffee - or both.

Admittedly arrived 30 minutes early in the hope it could be done then but understandably busy so told to come back in 40 minutes when it would be done. Gave an extra 20 minutes before getting back only to find car still on a jack! Another 20 minutes before leaving to have one tyre replaced??

Disorganised
Last time we booked they said it would be best to book online, so we did so and booked appointment. Turned up and they didn’t have the tyres due to bank holiday deliveries. Said website shouldn’t have allows me to book. Told it was out of their control. It’s their website! Rebooked for a few days later and when we turned up they couldn’t find our booking. Tyres had thankfully arrived. Finally got fitted but for what should be straightforward made difficult.

Took 1 hr to change 2 small front tyres.
No other cars in garage. Just mine. So not busy.
Younger man was in training I think.
The man in charge was not very helpful or friendly at all.
The younger man was a bit more more personable.
Wont be using again. Sorry.
