Just Tyres - Bedford Reviews 

Could not be bothered to take the bolts off my tyres, claiming they were too tight and rounded off. Drove to another garage who had all the bolts off in less than 5 minutes with no issues at all. They had no idea why this place claimed they couldn't get them off. Perhaps they were more interested in eating the McDonald's that had just arrived. Complete joke of a business.

I've used Just Tyres for years. Excellent & quick service. Recommend them to my friends.

From first going in after hitting yet another of the UKs pot holes on Saturday. Staff were amazing and Nathaniel kindly rebalanced my sheet and ordered new front tyres that were promptly fitted Monday morning. Will definitely be going back.

Steve and Kalen were so quick, but thorough and efficient. Great advice given and care taken. Just superb - cannot recommend them enough!

The team were really good, I’m not sure the booking system on the website works for stores, the guy had nothing on his system and a woman had just booked herself in, the branch already had walk ins and were busy, the woman got frustrated with the manager rather than the system

Ordered a single replacement Bridgestone Potenza S001 tyre on 25th January 2026, for fitting at Just Tyres in Ampthill Road (Bedford) on 27th January. Price of tyre was competitive and website offered £5 discount for January purchase. Arrived a tiny bit early and was greeted by two employees, who advised to park in the empty fitting bay. Replacement performed and back on the road in 20 minutes. Most polite and will return when next tyres need replacing.

Stephen was efficient and went out of his way to collect a part so that my car would be ready in time for me.

Very bad customer service. Manager had weird attitude. Got two tyres changed, asked if they change tyres positions when you change two tyres (as always all tyre shops do) , he annoyingly replied tha i had to tell him in advance and there is extra charge for that. Then, i booked alignment as well, but didn’t get any proof or paperwork saying it has been done so, i asked for proof or paperwork, and he replied you will get online as u booked online. I never received any email or proof of it ever. Also, had booked brake check , again no response or proof if that has been done. I emailed their head office regarding the issue, they haven’t responded either even after 1 week. Very disappointed. I wish i had read reviews before booking.

I had a really pleasant experience. I went in with a baby and everyone helped me a lot, the manager even entertained her with his keys! Definitely worth a visit.
