Reply from Just Tyres - Bletchley
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for our company. We strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and so it was disappointing to read your comments. Having looked into the matter I can see that we were let down by one of our suppliers not delivering the tyres at the promised time. Please be assured that this is not our usual level of service and we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused as a result.

Couldn't someone just call me before my appointment?
Couldn't tell me when the tyres will be available and I have paid it already.
What a awful example of organization.

Left nuts on one tyre loose
Left nuts on one tyre loose! Went to go back to ask them to check it but as it was 10 mins to closing, they did not bother to check it and told me the noise would go as I drive. Manager is Mike who clearly as no clue what his staff is up to and not saying that the staff is incompetent but they definitely lack people skills and don’t check their work.
