Just Tyres - Harrogate Reviews 

I arrived for my appointment which I booked online only to be told my tyre was not there. No reason given. I was given two options - wait until tomorrow or have a refund. Option three should have been to fit one of the more expensive tyres they did have in stock for the same price. A week later my money, which they were quick to take, has still not been refunded.

Excellent professional service couldn't have been easier.

Had 2 new tyres fitted here, my car broke down, ignition issue, whilst down there, the guys were really helpful and understanding and made the whole situation a lot less stressful. Did a great job with tyres as well, can’t praise them enough

All prepared before I came. Nice and polite staff. Job done in 30min while I wait. I am very happy.

Order tyres for delivery to Huddersfield 6/8/25. @11.00 am when I arrived after checking with the garage I was told they’d delivered the wrong tyres and the actual delivery had been to Harrogate . I was advised either to come back following day or travel to Harrogate. I went took me 1.5 hours eventually after 2.5 hours I finally got my van back asked the fitter if he’d checked the tyre pressures but he just out 50psi in the back and 40psi in the front not as the recommendation for my vehicle very poor all round service travelled 200 miles round trip for this not happy

The guys slotted me in earlier than my actual appointment and were very polite and helpful

Arrived at 9.45 am for a 10.00 am appointment. Still sat there at 10.40 am nearly an hour later and no one had the courtesy to tell me what the delay was. No communication, no apology for the wait and wasn't even offered a drink. Eventually got the car back at 11.20 but then asked to pay £408 which I had already paid online !! When I got home I noticed one of the dust caps hadn't been put back on. Not a great experience and won't use them again.

Lovely people, didn't try to sell any extra things, managed to repair tyre, reasonable price.

After approximately purchasing 15 tyres on seperate occasions and been very happy with the satffand service the last one were horrible with a Non informative argumentative and abusive member of staff made me have a bad experience within your harrogate store so me my family and friends will never use it again

The ease of buying the tyres is great online, however the pressure to change other tyres is ridiculous by the staff at the Harrogate Branch. This is the only branch I’ve visited so can’t speak for the rest. I said no multiple times but it was followed by eye roles and more pressure. Awful customer service

They just try every way to get money from you. The free check-up items, in fact, have no problems at all. Because we just had a full service and MOT last month, they told me this costs tens of pounds and that costs tens of pounds. Although it's not a lot of money, I feel like they are cheating. Although I've been here a few times, I will never use them again. Avoid them!

Great service from the team in Harrogate from initial advice to ordering to fitting. Very friendly and helpful. Good prices too. Cheaper than all the other places if you book online.
