Terrible Service…
Ordered and paid for my 4 x new tyres in January 2024 to be fitted on the 20th February 2024 at the Harrogate depot..
On my arrival at the depot I was greeted by a man smoking in the doorway of the depot.. At first I thought he was a customer of Just Tyres as he was smoking and looked scruffy as if he’d been rolling in oil and grease.
It soon became apparent he was the depot Manager / Supervisor, whilst quite literally chain smoking he said he couldn’t fit the new tyres as “I” had ordered the wrong tyres.. he carried on speaking to me in this condescending manor.
I had ordered the new tyres on the recommendation of the Transit Custom group that I’m a member of. After speaking with Tracey from customer service the tyres were fitted reluctantly by the Manager / Supervisor although my experience was far from great Tracey however was superb.

Excellent Service!
Phone up with a nail in my tyre one afternoon just after Christmas. Took the car in around 4.30pm and they replaced the tyre within a few minutes and I was back on the road again. Almost half the price of Kwikfit who I'd paid to do the same (unfortunately to the same tyre!) a couple of weeks before and much quicker and friendlier service from the two chaps who sorted me out.
