Easy process. I ordered tyres online and got an appointment the following day to have them fitted. Staff were friendly and professional.

Being the first customer of the day, all 4 wheels got done in 30 minutes including the work being interrupted by phone calls. You get the 5% discount if you order the tyres online (which I did).... See more

Took over 3 hours for 2 tyres fitted
Took over 3 hours for 2 tyres fitted!
Initially told an hour, then returned an hour and 20 mins later when my car hadn’t even been started on and attitude when I asked how much longer it was going to be as already been walking around with a baby in the rain for long enough.
Luckily I called on someone locally to help me out, after over an hour & a half later I phoned up for an update to be told it was finished, yet they hadn’t phoned me to say it was finished, despite asking if they could.
When I arrived back I could see why I hadn’t been phoned and several other unhappy people waiting. Totally unfair system to book in so many cars when one young lad clearly wasn’t able to keep up and didn’t have any communication skills to even appear polite to customers.
When driving home an alert popped up saying low tyre pressure so I had to drive back to double check it was safe and he did reset my car’s system and check the pressure which I was thankful for.
I really won’t be returning and sharing my terrible experience with others. Shame on the company, setting him up to fail.

Poor customer service and duty of care
I have used these before and not had any issues but my last experience was shocking.
The front of house staff are a bit rough and ready, which is fine im accepting of different personalities and tyre fitting doesnt need a high level of professionality, but when swearing in front of customers (and their kids) is common practice and they repeatedly say that theyre really close to walking out I think the bare minimum of professionality has not been met.
The big problem started when they broke my locking wheelnut key. They blamed it on the previous MOT provider, toyota garage, putting on the wheels too tight with a torque wrench. I do believe them on this but when you pay someone for a service, you expect them to cover an accidents; that is the duty of care. Well it took several visits to the shop, despite making appointments, with the manager avoiding any contact with me and having to deal with the front of house who were not able to make any decisions. I did have one meeting with the manager when the front of house staff told me he would be at the workshop in 10 mins, but the manager almost flat out ignored me, spent 30 mins hammering the wheelnut and not getting anywhere. When they decided they needed a mobile locking wheelnut welder to come out, they asked me to organise it and said that they would sort out paying him. I did organise it because it had already taken 3 weeks to get to this point but communicated with them when it would happen and where happy with it all. When it came to the appointment, this all changed. They wanted me to pay and then I could claim back from them. Obviously by this point I didnt trust them so after a 2 hour stand off and the front of house staff calling several different managers (the main one blatantly flat out ignoring phone calls), they managed to sort out paying the welder.
You would think that this problem would be regular occurrence and they would know what to do in this situation. What frustrated me the most was that there didnt seem to be a plan for this and the manager was completely avoiding the situation. Fair play to the front of house staff who did sympathise with my problem and did call around to help fix the situation despite being really short staffed with limited support above and plenty of visible problems to deal with. In my mind, the manager should have been dealing with this as they have the decision making power and can allow the front of house staff to continue working on new clients.
As I say, first problem I have had with them but shocking how they dealt with it and has led me to look at using a different supplier from now on.
Perfectly satisfactory
Easy to make appointment, fairly quick service, effective repair.
Real professionals that care.
Great welcome a nd the reassurance that I was in the hands of professionals who put me, the customer, first. Great to see they used a hand torque rather than guns that, in another tyre business, stripped my locking nuts. Thank you, I shall return.
Good service
I drive an ID Buzz, a great car/van and does what I need it to do. like a lot of cars these days there is no spare and part of that is that the front are different to the rear! I always have to order these in and these time have a slow puncture (few hours) so i had to limp it around for a few days. the Service chap change both rear ( I had bought both new) but instead of disposing the good tyre I have kept is so at the very worst I have a spare at home! - a great suggestion! - Thank you
