Great service!
Very pleased with the service I received at Just Tyres in Lewes. It is a very good set-up here, I purchased tyre online (hit a pothole) and booked fitting. Got there for my 3.30pm slot, and I’m driving out at 4pm.
Technicians friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Lee at Lewes Just tyres was absolutely amazing. I had totally shredded my old tyre and he removed and replaced it with my spare for free. He was friendly, quick and did not even criticize my poor driving!

Good all round service
Good all round service, the two all season tyres were not available quite as quickly as expected when ordered online but Just Tyres contacted me to advise of a couple days delay and rebooked my fitting. The local Lewes branch were friendly and helpful and I have been happy with the service and the tyre fitting.

Unfortunately, wheel alignment is not included in the cost of a new tyre, we include the tyre, new standard valve, disposal of your old tyre and balancing. We do carry out wheel alignment as an additional service and will normally check with customers prior to carrying out the work, I apologise if this did not happen on this occasion.

A reasonable job but not ideal
The price was reasonable and the work was done. However, they left my spare wheel in the boot of my Picasso instead of reattaching it underneath the vehicle (something I now have to do) and the guy who served me at 8.30 looked as if he'd been up all night. When I collected the vehicle in the afternoon, I was simply passed the keys without a word.

Being a first time customer I was really pleasantly surprised at the care and attention showed. The Manager was absolutely spot on with his approach. It started off with an honest appraisal of my existing tyres which I knew weren't anywhere near the limit. That put me at ease straight away. Finally someone who was straightforward and honest. Customer care skills were excellent.
